Look at you grow, Peptoc. 💛

Jessica Martin and Asherah Weiss’s project started with kids sharing encouragement. Now Peptoc is graduating to its own 501(c)(3).

We’re grateful we had the chance to be a first believer and support them as their fiscal sponsor.

Our mission is to strengthen communities through real-world connection. As Peptoc takes this next step, we’re welcoming a new group of Sparks—community organizers bringing more connection and positivity to their communities.

Congratulations to Jessica, Asherah and the Westside kids. We’re cheering you on. by @launchpadfoundation

I’ve been quiet (er, Analog, lately) but Anne and I have been putting a lot of love into Launch Pad Foundation this summer and we’re eager to share what we’ve been building — we want to expand the world of people doing cool stuff through the @launchpadfoundation so we’re recruiting a new group of creators who want to build community and bring people together. Here’s what that has looked like this year! 👉

@aed311 leading a hike through the fog at an Analog Session last spring, with Gestalt work and time to reconnect in nature.

@jessicamartinart sharing the story of @peptockids. We found each other just as LPF was beginning its work in fiscal sponsorship, and we learned the ropes alongside her. Now we’re celebrating Peptoc’s graduation to its own 501(c)(3). We’re grateful she helped us get here.

And Tim Ryan—who you may know as @timoteo_gigante —doing what he loves at an Analog Session. Earlier this year, we were fortunate to support him with fiscal sponsorship in founding @lagunalab_ , a new space in Sonoma County and part of our Spark community.

Behind each of these moments is someone who cared enough to bring people together. People turning their passion into purpose.

We’d love to help more people take that step. If you’re already pouring yourself into a community project—or have an idea you’re ready to try—our Fall 2026 Spark applications are open.

You lead the work. LPF provides a charitable home, practical support, and a way to raise tax-deductible donations without starting a nonprofit of your own.

Apply by October 10 at lp.foundation. Or send this to someone whose labor of love is ready for our support. by @launchpadfoundation

This organization was the first project @launchpadfoundation - we are so proud to have been a very small part of it - here’s to the good kind of fire @peptockids gogogo! by @launchpadfoundation

Transparency matters.

When we ask you to support something — with your money, time, energy, or belief — we believe you deserve to know what you’re supporting. That’s why we publish this impact report: to share what this work costs, where support comes from, and why it matters.

Analog started the way so many Launch Pad Foundation sparks do: with a simple belief in bringing people together.

It began in our backyard, by the creek. For the past three years, it has been a three-day festival. And this year, the vision felt fully realized — music, nature, art, conversation, community, and the kind of in-person connection so many of us are hungry for.

But there is more work to do.

We live in a chaotic world, and so many people feel more disconnected than ever. That is why analog matters. Because getting together in person matters.

Over the last year, Launch Pad Foundation has grown from supporting 6 local community organizations to more than 30. We’re proud of that work, and we’ll keep growing — supporting the organizers, artists, builders, and neighbors creating real-life experiences that bring people together.

This is also the last year we can carry Analog without continued support from the community.

To learn more, read the impact report, or support the work, visit the Launch Pad Foundation @launchpadfoundation website linked in bio.

Thank you for believing in places to gather.

“We are so lucky to live somewhere where people are creative and constantly thinking of ways to celebrate what we have.”

“Whether it’s a festival, a book, or a local project, our mission is the same: help people find their path, trust their calling, and choose themselves.”

Feeling deeply grateful to be featured in @sonomamag this month and to share a little window into what we’re building through @cosmicofest, Analog, and the @launchpadfoundation. This work is rooted in community, creativity, and connection — and it only exists because of the people who keep showing up, believing, and supporting the mission here in Sonoma County and beyond. 🤍 by @launchpadfoundation

An incredible weekend of music capped off two weeks of @cosmicofest - and a whole lot of good vibes were felt by all.

With huge thanks to our friends @tropicofcancerfestival @joefirstman and @cordovasband for convincing us that two weekends back to back wouldn’t be too much - you inspired us to go bigger and brought your maestro skills to create the magic.

@timbluhm @duanebetts and @johnnystachela thank you for bringing your music to our town, and for your steady hands, warm support and cosmico spirit - you brought us together with music and it was beautiful.

@gussiesdreamcorner you two make my world go round with your positivity and good vibes - and I checked with Eminem and he agrees that’s not a good song to drop ;)

Thank you to @coyotesonoma for your fantastic venue and the warmth and support of your team. You are incredible partners.

This kind of undertaking doesn’t happen without a tonne of effort and we had an abundance of love and support and hard work to bring these moments to life.

Behind the scenes was an army of support of new and old friends - who showed up as they always do to make magic happen…

To live somewhere with people building amazing things, where creativity is the most important natural resource, and where you can share in the magic of true community - that is the greatest gift one could get - thank you #healdsburg

See ya next year
xoxo
