We’re still floating from our visit to LUSH, not just because of the dreamy products (yes, the bubbles are bubbling 😍), but because their staff was full of love for our mission. From the moment we walked in, we felt seen & supported. 💕

Thanks to @lushcosmetics heart for the community, our Thrive, Sis wellness boxes now include luxury, ethically made products that many underserved women rarely have access to. 🌍✨ In a world where nearly 1 in 5 women experience mental health challenges, and so many go without the essentials they need to truly care for themselves, this partnership is a beautiful act of love.

We are SO proud of Jene, Executive Director of The Lost and Found Movement, as she graduates from our program! 🎓💗

During her time with us, Jene has refined her programs, built new budgets for her organization, identified new donors, and most importantly, prepared to change even more lives through her company.

The Lost and Found Movement is providing food essentials, resources, and support to communities that need it most, and we know Jene’s impact is only going to grow from here. 🫶🏽

🍪 Meet our sister founder, Lexi Payne!

Lexi is a baker and currently enrolled in our Launch That Business, Sis Ready4Retail Food Program, where we work alongside women to bring their dreams from concept to the marketplace. She came to our program with a vision to commercialize her sweet treats—and we’re so proud that our kitchen is only the first step in her journey, and we promise you, everyone has been blown away by Lexi’s treats 💗

Starting July 11, Lexi will officially launch her sweet treats on @doordash from 2-6pm🎉

This is exactly what our program is built for—helping underserved women turn their passion into real pathways to economic mobility.

⚽💕Thank you, Nashville Soccer Club! @nashvillesc

Through our Girl C.O.D.E Outreach Program, focused on women’s health, wellness, and sisterhood for our founders, we had the honor of treating our sisters and their children to a night out at the game.

This donation of tickets created space for rest, joy, and connection—something so many of our women rarely get to prioritize while building businesses and caring for families.

At Launch That Business, Sis, we believe economic mobility also requires healing, community, and moments to simply breathe. This support was exactly that.

Thank you, Nashville Soccer Club, for believing in our mission and showing love to our sisters and their families. 💜

Helping underserved women and their families build their dreams is at the heart of everything we do, and this support allows us to continue creating impact through entrepreneurship resources, mentorship, wellness support, financial education, outreach, and community care.

🎥✨ This is Mel’s launch—let’s see all of her hard work in action!

Through Launch That Business, Sis, Melvina received the business education she needed as she studied and built something sustainable. We are proud to announce that we have streamlined and stabilized food distribution to the misplaced community, promising to be a sister partner to all of our founders. 💖

This is where education meets impact. Mel came to us with a heart for women and the misplaced community when her idea was just that. After our 12-week educational program, she has graduated and transformed her vision into a tangible reality—and that’s what we do best: taking ideas and making them real with an SBA-inspired curriculum and business experts supporting our sisters.

Our Community Resource Center @harvesthercares partnered with Mel to redistribute 1,000 lbs of food, allowing the misplaced community to “shop” for the essentials they need. She’s also rolling out a monthly program targeting hunger and hygiene needs, and her art program meets women where they are, offering therapeutic-based healing through creativity. And this is just the beginning—Mel has so much more in store, including art programs and transitional housing. 🌟

🎓✨ Meet our sister founder Melvina Ford and her amazing team! 🎉

Mel is officially graduating from our business incubation program, and we are so proud of her for believing in herself and gaining the skills, knowledge, and experience it takes to achieve economic sufficiency. 💖

Our Community Resource Center @harvesthercares partnered with Mel to redistribute 1,000 lbs of food back into the community, allowing the misplaced community to “shop” and take the essentials they need. 🍎💛 Along with streamlining her food distribution, Mel will launch a monthly program targeting hunger and essential hygiene needs for women and the misplaced community.

Her art program will meet women where they are, offering therapeutic-based healing through creativity. 🎨 @rebirthholistic_official

for supporting our sisters and blessing us with tickets to the Virginia vs. Ohio State game! 💛🏒🏀

Our sisters and their children had such an amazing time — laughing, cheering, bonding, and simply being present in the moment. For many of the women we serve, they are caregivers first. They are building businesses, rebuilding their lives, pouring into their families, and pushing through challenges daily. Moments like this allow them to pause, breathe, and just enjoy.

Your support means more than a night at a game. It means community. It means being seen. It means reminding hardworking women that they deserve joy too. As they work tirelessly to create stability and generational change, opportunities like this refill their cups and strengthen their spirits.

In partnership with our community resource center, @harvesthercares , we’re making menstrual products available to support organizations expanding hygiene access for women and girls across Middle Tennessee.
Eligibility requirements:
🤍 Must be located in and serving Middle TN
🤍 Must demonstrate need or provide proof of an existing program
🤍 Must have an EIN, 501(c)(3) status, or fiscal sponsorship

We’re committed to distributing these resources with integrity, dignity, and purpose—not just giving, but supporting real impact.
