my heart is full 🥹 we’re 4K today, and I just want to say thank you to every single one of you for being part of this journey.

I started this account almost a year ago, and I made a lot of mistakes in the beginning that definitely slowed my growth. Looking back, there are a few things I would have done differently

so today, I thought I’d share the lessons that made the biggest difference for me. I really hope they help you in any way!!! 🤍🧚🏾‍♀️

carousels aren’t just performing really well right now, they also have a much longer lifespan, which means they keep being pushed for longer! 💫

i’ve been experimenting different carousel formats over the past few months, and these are the ones I keep coming back to because they consistently work for me. So I thought I’d share, no gatekeeping 🧚🏾‍♀️

maybe growing up is realizing that no matter your age, it’s still your first attempt at life, and there was never one timeline you had to follow

we can change our minds, redefine success, choose peace, and decide for ourselves what a rich life actually looks like 🥹

i wanted to make this post because I think social media has made us forget what’s actually normal

Most of us aren’t growing overnight. Most of us can’t post 3x a day or aren’t comfortable talking to the camera

yet somehow social media has made us think we’re behind if we’re not doing those things

..so I just wanted to remind you that you’re doing much better than you think 🫶🏾

crazy how much can change in a year when you stop overthinking, trust your gut, and just start!

after 365 days of posting consistently, i can’t believe how far this has already taken me: the opportunities, the connections, and the version of myself i’ve become along the way 🥹

showing up even when no one was watching, believing in my dreams before i had proof they would work, and chasing a life that felt more aligned has changed me in ways i never expected

and if you’re just starting or still figuring things out, i hope some of what i’ve learned this year helps you keep going too 🧚🏾‍♀️

i’m so grateful for the confidence i’ve gained, the discipline i’ve built, and for YOU for being part of this journey 🤍🤍
