Our philosophy of abundance and artistry comes alive as the days lengthen. We turn our attention to the best of the British summer: fresh herbs, line-caught fish, and fire-cooked meats, all accented with our signature Australasian flair. We embrace the theatre of the flame to create generous, lively, and deliciously unrestrained moments because, frankly, we don’t just cater; we curate experiences. Whether it’s a sun-drenched rooftop soirée, a grazing table, a canapé reception, or an off-grid woodland feast (perhaps with our preferred woodland partner, @browningbros, we ensure every detail is intentional and every bite is a conversation starter. by @laundry.bespoke

We were over the moon (and maybe slightly too excited) to host yet another bespoke event for the one and only @disneyuk hosted at @100barrington
Catering all kinds of events is pretty much what we’re known for these days, but this one felt especially special. Bringing people together over stories we’ve all grown up with and creating food that gets everyone talking? That’s exactly the sort of brief that lets our minds run completely wild.

What we love most about Disney isn’t just the characters, it’s the storytelling. The way those stories stay with you for years, transport you back in time and instantly make you smile. Every tiny detail exists for a reason, and we reckon food works in exactly the same way.
So we thought a menu inspired by Toy Story, what a perfect way to bring a bit of theatre to the table. An absolute laugh to create, this menu was all about tapping into childhood nostalgia, adding a playful twist to classic comfort foods, and sparking good conversation.
Let’s be honest, no matter how old you are, when someone says Disney there’s still that little flicker of excitement. It’s one of those brands that never loses its sense of wonder.

Our Toy story... esque menu -

Ham and cheese sliders, pretzel topper
Hot dog, mustard mayo
Mushroom & thyme hot dog (vg)

Macaroni cheese, cheddar & gruyere gratin (v)
Potato skins, goddess sour cream, chives (vg)

Squah & cumin sausage rolls (vg)
Fried buttermilk chicken
Mini chocolate mousse cones

This brief felt like the perfect match for us, and putting it together was an absolute joy. Here’s to great stories, great food, and creating moments that stick with people long after the last bite.

A little sneak peak behind the scenes of our team working hard to build our clients’ exact vision and vibe, something we pride ourselves on here at Bespoke. Working with anyone, ANYWHERE, whether it’s cooking right down the road in Brockwell Park or out in the wild over an open fire, this is what we love to do. Completly free from copy-and-paste catering and stressful kitchen energy, we bring our flagship restaurant polish and Australasian flair to the building of our canapés, the styling, and the set-up.

There are some partnerships that go beyond business; they touch the soul. For me, that connection is @ngatiranana . When we produce events having this wonderful group bring a touch of New Zealand means the world to me.
We have been so lucky to collaborate with the Ngāti Rānana (aka London Māori Club) on many occasions, from the inception of @brixtonlaundry where we lovingly held a blessing ceremony held by Whaea Esther (president of Ngati Ranana) and breathtaking performances with @airnz to our recent event with @nzinuk at the Houses of Parliament as meant we have an affiliation of energy built on connection and growth to our local community

However the connection goes much deeper than just these big events. What I treasure most is the unwavering support of the club members themselves. Seeing them at our tables, sharing our food, and bringing their vibrant energy into the restaurant is a constant reminder of why we do what we do.
At The Laundry, we strive to weave our New Zealand roots into everything, from flavours to our hospitality that we show every guest. Supporting our culture in London is about more than hospitality; it’s about keeping the heartbeat of home alive.
Ngāti Rānana is more than a performance group; they are a soulful bridge to Aotearoa. They provide a vital space to celebrate, teach, and sustain our traditions, ensuring that our heritage isn’t just remembered, but lived, and their weekly club initiative is a great way to celebrate the next generation of New Zealand celebrating London.

To have their voices, their traditions, and their friendship fill our space means the world to me. I am deeply honoured to call them our collaborators, our regulars, and our friends.

Kia ora, Ngāti Rānana. Thank you for bringing home to us. #kiwisinlondon #newzealand by @laundry.bespoke
