My go to places in Berlin for when I need some soothing Energy 💫

Teeraum Sanvian- like stepping into a cocoon of cosyness 🐑

Boare Studio in Prenzlauer Berg - one of my fave yoga studios in Berlin, the massage & sound classes with Sebastian on Thursday are giving me life

Staring onto water works wonder for me, one of my fave spots in the city for this is Rummelsburger Bucht 🌊

Reading in Bürgerpark Pankow - one of my fave parks for relaxing. Grabbing a book at the park library near Rosengarten, often with live music played nearby, pure vibes 🌸

Another one of my fave yoga studios - Yoga Circle on Lychener Straße and probably also one of the Most pretty, located in a former Gartenhaus with lots of Natural light 🌱 taken in Berlin, Deutschland by @laura.spots

Found this 12 km bike loop starting and ending in S Karow North of Berlin highly enjoyable:
🦆 Stop at the bird watching platforms of Karower Teiche for some great bird watching, lots of different ducks & egrets/herons (bring binoculars)
🐮 Ride along the bike path at Bogenseekette where you‘ll see free roaming highland cows (keep your distance)
🍔 Grab some food for the road at @donabell_brazil, got a variety for fried goodies which were so good! taken in Bogenseekette by @laura.spots

Some of the best pizza in Berlin 😍 Love the creative combos

For when you want pistaccio glaze but without the line at Duo. Ice cream itself was solid

My new go-to spot for speciality Coffee. Best espresso tonic I have ever head

best cocktail bar in Berlin imo - lovely service, fun witchy theme, great selection and they did a lovely alcohol-free take on the Cocktail I wanted

Swipe for Four Berlin USC spots I‘ll keep coming back to

Yin Yoga felt like a soft landing for my nervous system. Loved the loft-like location with its big windows and free tea and cookies that invites you to linger a bit after the session

Quintessential Berlin Mitte spot, deep stretch with redlight was intense in a good way. Plus for the iconic Design
Will be back to try the Spa

Badeschiff is an iconic swimming pool located in the Spree itself. They do only 1,5h slots and you cannot bring your own food or drinks but a fun spot to chill with friends

Plötzensee - one of the few lakes located directly inside the city. Gets full but fun for a lake day with amenities - good pizza, Volleyball, sometimes parties on the beach taken in Berlin, Deutschland by @laura.spots

Sardinia seriously has the best food of all the places I‘ve visited in Italy. You can really feel the island‘s rich culinary tradition and its devotion to the best ingredients, be it tomatoes, Cheese, bread or seafood. taken in Sardinia by @laura.spots

Been loving working with my hands lately! Loved These Berlin Workshops:
*ikebana workshop (Japanese art of flower arranging) the lovely @suminumi_berlin (Self-paid)
*Sourdough Workshop with @loaf_lab_berlin , been my weekly Routine every since (invite)
*Weekly ceramics Glass with @herzimflow.keramik (Self-paid)

Found the cutest lakeside escape from Berlin, easily reachable by train: 1,5h Journey to Seehausen. Located in Uckermark.
Stayed at the cute Hotel @seehotel_huberhof (Self-paid) that has its own swimming dock, canoes and bikes. 15min by Foot from the Train Station.
Spent a weekend doing absolutely nothing except for reading, bird-watching And occasionally jumping in the lake.
Close by there is @baeumihof serving solid German Food and also has very cute animals on its ground.
Klostergarten was a very cute Spot if you crave Bratwurst or Fischbrötchen. taken in Uckermark by @laura.spots
