Some days it’s good to be humble. This was not one of those days. Because we GRADUATED FROM THE THREE YEAR CONSERVATORY PROGRAM AT THE STELLA ADLER STUDIO OF ACTING!!!! It was so freaking hard, but we did it. It takes a village, and that is exactly what we built: a small but mighty group of people who love and support each other through every high and every low.
At the end of the day, maybe even more important than what you do in life is who you do it with. It’s about joining forces, connecting souls, nourishing inspiration, finding your village.
We are ready. These words have always felt impossible to me: there were always a million reasons to fail, reasons to hold off that step into the big scary world a little longer. These reasons are still there. But the difference is that now, at the other side of three years of training, we have the skills, the courage, the determination, the love, the knowledge, the strength, and most importantly, the village to accomplish anything we put our minds to. There’s no stopping us from here ♥️ by @laura_laman

‘August: Osage County’ by Tracy Letts. A work of absolute genius and truly a bear, a mammoth, a behemoth, a beautiful monster of a play. And I got to play Barbara! I couldn’t have imagined a more powerful rite of passage into our new lives as graduates after three years at Adler. This was unbelievably challenging, but we all, collectively, rose to the occasion, and came out better and stronger than ever. So blessed to have been surrounded by incredible talent every day from first read through to final bow ❤️

Part 2 because there is just too much to love about this wonderful ensemble! Believe me when I tell you every single one of us came out of this process a different actor. A collective glow up, if you will. Every single actor in this cast really outdid themselves, and that has been the most beautiful thing ever to witness.
If you know the Tempest, you’ll know that the actors who play Stephano, Trinculo and Caliban spend a LOT of time together. We were so lucky to have each other. @hannah.perreault and @theadritavares I love you so so so much and will cherish our moments for ever and ever.
This is the most wonderful craft in the world and we get to do this!!! Isn’t that incredible?!

This ensemble is everything to me. This life I chose somehow just keeps getting better and better!! For the past month and a half or so, I’ve found myself in the company of extraordinary actors who I’m lucky to call my closest friends, and a genius visionary of a director, pegging away at this wonderful play called The Tempest by the one and only William Shakespeare. Playing Stephano has been the treasure of a lifetime. This drunken butler opened so many doors for me, made me a better actor, and a better person. This process has brought me more than I ever could have imagined. Truly, deeply, eternally grateful. There will always be a little Stephano living in my heart 🧚

Ya gal’s got some new headshots! Thanks to the brilliant photo genius @wilbert_eerland I’m diving into the FINAL YEAR (goodness gracious!!!) at Stella Adler where I’ll slowly start taking baby steps into the real world (!!!) with photographic evidence that I do indeed have two eyes, a nose, and a mouth! Any guesses which movie inspired me for the second picture? 👀 by @laura_laman

🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹 I went to Venice to get inspired at the famous Biennale Teatro, but nothing could have prepared me for the overwhelming feeling of stepping into a painting. This dandy little lagoon stole my heart and put a cannoli in its place 🤌 by @laura_laman
