Well it just HAD to be done! First showing at Odeon Wimbledon yesterday morning. Zero sleep after Traviata the night before and too excited for #fantasticfour Oh my goodness it was WORTH IT!!!! Planning to watch it again SOON. #pedropascal #vanessakirby #ebonmossbachrach #josephquinn #scousediva #sopranolife by @lauraannsoprano
Tonight is opening night of #ohptraviata - 2018, 2021 and now 2025 - third time is a charm for this Brothel Enforcer. Toi Toi Toi all @operahollandpark by @lauraannsoprano
Week 10 of me rehearsing and performing multiple projects hundreds of miles apart. This seems a pretty apt illustration of my life. #sopranolife #wagner #verdi #shakespeare #scousediva by @lauraannsoprano
It’s that time again! La Traviata means corsets and opulent levels of long black velvet. Boy do I wish I’d had someone whipping me into shape about a month before this costume fitting. #IYKYK #sopranolife #OHPTraviata #ScouseDiva #noisy #theatrelife by @lauraannsoprano

About this week… thought I’d go for a walk along the river after my rehearsal session. Completely forgot it was River of Light week. There’s something so special seeing the people of Liverpool coming out and filling the waterfront celebrating their river. #scousediva #riveroflight #liverpool #opera #soprano #dramaticsoprano #wagner #isolde by @lauraannsoprano
Another day, another gig, another waterway! There’s something surreal about singing a requiem on Bonfire Night and the fireworks outside hitting a climax during the Dies Irae. #scousediva #soprano #requiem #littlevenice #wagner #isolde by @lauraannsoprano
Had a gap between sessions so decided to squeeze in a little bit of theatre. This is an epic masterpiece of the genre. Watch out for the plot twist…. #spoilers #theatrelife #livetheatre #soprano #dramaticsoprano #scousediva #wagner #isolde #brunnhilde by @lauraannsoprano
After a weekend by the Mersey, a few days working by the Thames. Being a Wandering Minstrel has its benefits, especially if it means spending time in my favourite city besides a river which always brings joy. (Yup, even when the tide is in and a storm on its way.) #noisy #soprano #wagner #isolde #scousediva #lfg by @lauraannsoprano
The storm is blowing in and I’m being swept off my feet. Thank God I have this place to take shelter. Gigs in Breweries are the best! #noisy #soprano #scousediva #theatrelife #opera by @lauraannsoprano
About this weekend… Returning to The Mastersingers after a break to celebrate 25 years of supporting early career Wagnerians was an honour and a pleasure. Seeing the next generation of singers embarking on their Wagner journey and taking delight in their future potential was quite emotional. Also quite special to be in a room with 5 other Brunnhildes and one in the making, and all of us so happy to see each other. Massive congratulations to all the participants and huge respect to David Edwards and the legend that is Kelvin Lim for pulling it all together. It doesn’t matter where we end up sharing the love of our art form, let’s keep spreading the joy! #wagner #scousediva #soprano by @lauraannsoprano
