Oh what a feeling!!! ❤️

It makes me sad that so many of us are led to believe we have no say in chronic pain, inflammation, or how we “age.” We have so much more influence over how we feel than we’ve been told. My mission is to share self-care and healing with as many people as possible.

Days like this make me stop and say thank you. To every teacher, mentor, class, and client over the last 30 years who helped me learn, so I could pass it on: this is your work too. 💙

There is nothing like sharing the gift of FASCIA knowledge. More classes coming, so get on the list early!
You can register for future classes here:

I am amazed every time Chris does this- a bird will fly into a glass door or window, fall to the ground half dead & Chris will bring it back to life! He found this little guy outside his class room lying lifeless- a little cpr, sweet talking, and a good massage ….poof! They magically fly away! Lol!!! @coachboozermath taken in The Villages, Florida by @lauraboozerlmt

Etown, I've missed you! 💙

Nothing makes me happier than when Sascha Teems calls and says, "Hey, when are you back in town? I've got someone you need to see." 😄

Sascha and I have a long history of working together with some of our area's most elite athletes. He builds them up, and I help them recover, heal, and learn how to keep their bodies working the way they should.

This trip I got to work with a 6'8" baseball player from Breckinridge County who throws over 100 mph. Yes, you read that right. ⚾🔥 He's being recruited by just about every major D1 program and is on draft radars, and all that high-level training had left him dealing with chronic pain and tightness. We got to work releasing, realigning, and giving that incredible arm and body some much-needed relief.

I'll be honest, I miss being in this environment every day. The gym, the grind, the athletes pushing their limits… it's my passion and what I've done for 25 years. Moments like this remind me exactly why I love it.

Watch out for this kid. You're going to hear his name!

If I have to eat fast food, one of my favorite places is chipotle-especially after I discovered you could order a kids meal for five dollars! Check this out….
I ordered The kids quesadilla with brown rice, black beans, and guacamole . And it comes it comes with a drink, mini bag of chips!
