POSTS STORIES REELS

What a week!

Tuesday was @whatinthetech.co launch day and I did not anticipate the amazing outpouring of support that came my way.

Thank you to those who have been alongside me as I built this, staying up late to edit copy, testing contact forms, checking me on inclusivity, and giving initial feedback. Thank you to those who shared, reached out, emailed, and everything in between since it went live. Some people have even reached out with vulnerable personal stories as to why they are happy a resource like this will exist, reinforcing my 'why' completely.

While I know it will change a lot (and quickly) as more things are added and launched, I am incredibly proud of this first version.

Let's make tech more accessible and inclusive, together.

Okay but real talk.. are we STILL in the year of 2026 equating a woman's worth to how they dress? And calling them whores for wearing gym attire AT THE GYM?

Women get assaulted at every age and in any outfit so let's cut the bullshit.

The gym I work out at is predominantly women, and many times I'm working out totally alone, and guess what? I wear LESS CLOTHES vs when I'm at a commercial gym because of losers like Shane who have zero self-control.

Also tbh I couldn't give a damn if you wanna be a whore. Get it girls 💅🏻 by @lauraemokes

Have I worked out in the last few weeks? Nope.

Did I spend way too much time trying to edit the deadlift transitions? Yes.

So, in honour of Katie's app coming out so soon (‼️) come join me for a workout @crewefitnessclub and keep your eyes peeled on mine and @katiecrewe's profiles about launch details! by @lauraemokes

Happy 3rd birthday Ramboroni!

He had a big day going for a 4km run and snoozing like a champ after 🩷

I can't imagine life without this silly, goofy guy. He's just the biggest sweetheart and loves life so hard that it reminds me to do the same. by @lauraemokes

Happy Mother's Day to all the amazing women who have made me an auntie over the years and sending extra love to those who have gone through loss 🤍

I hope you get spoiled to bits today, and every day. You are incredibly powerful, accomplished, and brilliant women and I adore you all! by @lauraemokes

Thank you so much everyone for reaching out with the pictures, memories, cookies, and well wishes for Zee yesterday. I promise she got absolutely spoiled 🤍

Admittedly, there's a strong likelihood this was her last birthday spent with us so it was harder than usual, but all of the love really helped.
