Seit 4 Jahren darf ich diesen irre tollen Job machen und euch begleiten, anfeuern, empowern und mit jeder Person immer wieder mit grossen Augen sehen, wie krass dieses Coaching funktioniert, wie irre toll es ist, wie unfassbar es euch weiterbringt, wie Frieden und Ruhe sich blicken lassen und vor allem, wie es euch mit euch verbindet.

Und da hakt’s aktuell, ey. Seit einer Weile ist die Verbindung von mir, Laura, zu LF Coaching nicht mehr so tight und cool. Mein Körper wusste das übrigens viel früher als mein Kopf (lol aber das ist ja nichts neues in meiner Welt). Der hat sich jedes Mal ein kleines bisschen zugemacht, wenn ich „nächstes Jahr“ gedacht hab, bzw hatte ich einfach keine Vision.

Normalerweise ist mein Coping-Mechanismus dann Planung, neue Ideen, was geht noch, was geht besser (Mani Gen hiii). Jetzt kam aber dieses krasse Ding namens Vipassana dazwischen. 10 Tage sitzen, nicht reden, nichts machen (do one!) Und irgendwann war da dieser eine ganz leise Gedanke: Du machst das nicht mehr, weil du es willst. Du machst es, weil du es halt kannst. 💭

Und da hab ich’s geblickt: Ich will das so jetzt nicht mehr. Ich will einfach mal cool sein, mit mehr Raum, mit schauen, was passiert, loslassen und aufmachen.

Meine Coachees und meine Liebsten wissen Bescheid, und jetzt darfst du auch mit in die Nummer, amiga :) It’s time to move on!

LF Coaching wird sich hier (in dieser Form) verabschieden🥹❤️‍🩹

Und ja, es ist auch traurig. Ich hab geheult, als ich das meinem Freund erzählt habe - das ist einfach so ein toller Teil in meinem Leben. Ich bin so krass stolz drauf.

Aber bevor ich sage, was jetzt passiert, starten wir mit einem grossen DANKE! An alle meine unfassbar tollen Clients, an alle, die jemals in einem Moon Circle waren, an meine tollen (Business-)Freundinnen, an meine Familie und meinen Boyfriend - fürs an mich glauben!

Und am allermeisten an MICH.

First days in München delivered 25 degrees, precious family time and weirdly becoming a bit proud of things that are fabulous in Germanayyy and you don’t see anymore when you live here: Like everybody riding their bikes. Like actual a rich cultural and diverse mix of stunning humans. Like beautiful old buildings everywhere. Like Johannisbeerschorle. Like wearing a dirndl and feeling like 16 year old me again. by @laurafuchs__
