Happiest 20th birthday to this one!! I know that every parent says this, but I don’t know how on earth it has been 20 years already. I haven’t posted for a while about my kids birthday’s when they come up.
So, my sweet Lili’s 26th birthday is today. That seems impossible on one hand as I feel like it was just yesterday that I gave birth and on the other hand, It feels like she’s always been with me. I am so completely and utterly proud of this girl and all that she has and is accomplishing. Lili🌹 is beautiful and caring and oh so funny. She might be the hardest working person that I know and she is adulting really,really well. And I just couldn’t be more in awe of her strength and resilience.

This sweet boy! This is Ween and yes he is pretty rough!! And so would you be at 126! (18 in dog yrs.) This boy can’t see, can’t hear and smells like, well I’m not sure what to even compare it too. It’s nothing we have ever smelled and it’s rather putrid. 😂He has escaped death more times than we can count and he just keeps coming back. He wags his tail constantly, eats like a champ, still prances around when he gets excited. It’s rather remarkable. We have so many nicknames for him, but since we thought he was on deaths door several days ago and once again, he has bounced back, he is now “Super Ween.” I think I need to make a cape for him. by @laurah6381

I’m so proud of this amazing kid! Joey was announced yesterday as Nevada County’s first youth poet laureate. The poem here is one of her originals that she recited after she was introduced. She’s gonna do good things. ❤️ by @laurah6381
