a peek into my daily dog walk ritual

shoutout Mother Earth

when I tell you I had to put that phone down and literally go outside. when I travel I barely spend any time on my phone because I’m actually living, I’m somewhere new, I’m talking to people, getting lost, noticing things, expoerencing so many new things… and coming back home I somehow slipped right back into this loop of consuming and performing without even really noticing it. consuming other people’s lives, thinking about what I should post, how I’m being perceived, what I’ve been doing, what I can show… and even now I caught myself thinking I should come back and show you how productive I’ve been, and immediately thought lol there I go again, turning my life into something to perform. so I’ve been trying to create more space for just being here, creating without needing to share it, letting my thoughts exist without immediately turning them into content

feeling divinely protected almost like a new version of me is slowly loading

Sometimes I get asked where I get my confidence from, or I get told I have no social anxiety.
But honestly, I think things like this train you

!!! Your fear of being perceived is standing in the way of being seen !!!!

Everybody is so busy thinking about themselves. Trusttttttme when I say nobody cares as much as you think they do. Everyone will go home and continue on with their own lives. You will probably never see them again, and vice versa.

So be SO confidently yourself, even when it feels a little cringe. You never know who you might inspire to do the same

If I can be the aunt who reminds her that being loud, silly, curious, and fully herself is something to celebrate, then I’m doing something right

I hope she grows up knowing that joy is never embarrassing, that taking up space is okay, and that she’ll never have to make herself smaller just to fit in ⭐️

The freedom to choose how you spend your time.
To wake up without constantly rushing. To be present. To create a life you don’t feel the need to escape from

I’m still building that life for myself, but I know now that’s the kind of rich I want to becomeeee ⭐️
