No alcohol needed!

In fact, the Apple Spice Beer Bread instructions explicitly call for non-alcoholic beer or another carbonated beverage to make this delicious treat.

For Thanksgiving, I used Diet 7UP (most of my family is diabetic) and added 1 Granny Smith apple peeled & diced.

It was so good! And popular- it was all gone before I could snap a picture to share with you!

Several of our partially glazed stoneware dishes are included in the Black Friday Cookware & More Sale!

Also, I need to make a clarification. In my previous post, I mentioned that the newer Stoneware is dishwasher-safe. This is true ONLY of the UNGLAZED STONEWARE. Partially or fully glazed stoneware must be hand washed! If you're ever in doubt, the easiest way to know if the Stone you've got is safe in the dishwasher or not is to look at the bottom of the dish. Those with the wavy pattern on the bottom ARE ok to go in the dishwasher. Those with smoother bottoms need to be hand-washed.
