🥟 Happy Lunar New Year! I actually made these on New Year’s Eve this year 🍾🥂 my family had a big dim sum feast! I made pork potstickers, both steamed and baked char siu pork buns, pork & shrimp shu mai, lobster rangoon, shrimp har gow dumplings, pork spring rolls, and some dipping sauces. My dad made pork & shrimp eggrolls, lamb & zucchini dumplings (like we had in Flushing Queens when he visited!), & not pictured shrimp chow mein and pork fried rice. It was a FEAST!
