When we get to the end of ourselves, God begins.2 years ago I surrendered everything to the Lord. It was painful , It felt like I was loosing everything .But as doors closed on me, the Lord opened new ones for me.My plans didn’t look the same as his. But sometimes it takes surrender, obedience and unwavering faith to trust through seasons that feel like the desert. We must trust his will above our own. (Jeremiah 29:11)I would have never imagined what God was preparing for me on the other side! He has opened doors for me that I couldn’t have myself. Doors that no one could shut. He has orchestrated everything so intricately… in a way that only he could do. His grace, mercy and love has carried me in the last few years of my life and I can’t wait to testify to what he has done and still doing! This is an encouragement to anyone who feels stuck. Do not lean on your own understanding . Surrender to God, your life is safe with him. Our engagement season was like living in a dream🥹🤍 God gave me more than I could ever imagine. One thing I’ve learnt along this journey is that Obedience is better than Aestetic.Breakthrough is on the other side of Obedience. When I surrendered my relationship to Christ and made a clear decision to Honor Him in all my ways he blessed me abundantly, beyond what I had previously idolised. If you watched my testimony @turntforgood you will know it’s not been an easy journey but God turns all things for good! For those who love Him… and are called according to his purpose. Grieving is necessary.Not because it feels good, but because it’s honest.A lot of people think faith means covering every wound with a smile and calling it “trusting God.” But real faith is going to God with the pain… not hiding it and allowing him to dwell with you in the secret place.But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. Not everything that is good is God.Ask your self today what am I compromising? What is my priority ? What am I putting before God? From Miscarriage to Marriage. Testimony Out Now.This one is deeply personal and vulnerable. Something that was extremely difficult for me to share. A deep season of grief, of questioning, of doubt, of pain, of endless tears. A season that brought me to the end of myself and straight to the feet of my Saviour. In the suffering, I learned what true surrender looked like. I learned how to fully depend on God.For so long, I thought I always had to be strong. But God showed me that it was okay to not be okay… because His strength meets me most in my weakness. “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. - 2 Corinthians 12:9Looking back now, I’m humbled by the bittersweet beauty of what God has done through that pain. Embracing joy again has been beautiful, but if I’m honest, part of me felt like moving forward somehow dishonoured the weight of the loss. But I’ve learned that grief and gratitude can coexist.Pain and promise can live together.And God can bring beauty from the deepest heartbreak.I pray this testimony reaches the heart of someone who may be in that same place right now.
