January on a plate 🍽️ starting 2026 with a tour of London’s best, from 3-star masterpieces to the perfect roast chicken and too many Tomatinis to count 🫠

@toumrotisserie elevated rotisserie at its best. The hummus is elite (unique touch on the crispy chickpea crunch) and the chicken is perfectly juicy. Dip everything in the signature Toum & Jus. A bit pricey for chicken, but worth the try nonetheless.

@corebyclaresmyth a masterclass in British elegance. Highly recommend the Classic Tasting Menu (the Potato & Roe and the Lamb Carrot are highlights for a reason). Being greeted by Clare herself is a very special touch, and the wine pairing was absolutely insane. We had to write down every bottle.

@luso.restaurant a standout new opening for Portuguese cuisine. The Piri Piri Baby Chicken was unbelievably tender, and the Chourizo is top-tier. Honestly skip the lobster rice hype (a bit too much orange) and stick to the meat & brilliant Portuguese wine list.

@lpmlondon if you know, you know. Everything was excellent as always, but the real story? Five Tomatinis. Standard procedure.
