5th overall and 3rd in my division at my first Women’s Decathlon World Championships! So blessed to be competing 10 months after UCL repair and can’t wait to do it again next year 🔥 best comeback to track & field I could’ve imagined 🙏

This weekend was a blast, competing alongside some amazing & talented women, & continuing to prove that women belong in the decathlon! #letwomendecathlon #whystopatseven @womensdecathlon taken in Oberlin College Cross-Country, Track and Field by @lauraseeberger

Twelve years, eight events, endless memories.

Track & Field has given me the highest highs and lowest lows, but this journey is something I will cherish forever. From coming into my college career unsure if I’d ever be able to run again, to overcoming three hamstring tears, and ending with a torn UCL, saying I’ve been tested mentally and physically would be an understatement. But, having my best friends, the best coach, the best program, and the best family by my side made every second worth it.

Being able to fall in love with this sport again has been the biggest blessing and I will miss this team so much. Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way, helping me do what I love each and every day 🤍

Now to make 12 year old me’s dreams come true: see you soon Decathlon Worlds 2026 by @lauraseeberger

Short and sweet, the last 4 years at Murray State have been some of the best in my life. I’m blessed to have called this town home, made unforgettable memories, met amazing people, and accomplished so much.
