I’m beyond grateful to be featured on the front page of Spectator Magazine this month! 🗞️💛

Fifteen years ago, I opened Laura’s Ultimate Pilates with a dream to create a space where movement, strength, and community could come together and what an incredible journey it’s been.

Thank you to every client, friend, and instructor who’s been part of this story. You’ve all made it possible. 🙏

Pilates is better with your person. 🌿

Our Duet Private means one instructor, two of you, same session, same results, double the motivation to show up.

Bring a friend, your partner, your sibling, whoever keeps you accountable, and let’s get you both on the reformer.

Nobody’s saying Pilates will change your life overnight. What it will do is show up for you, class after class, if you keep showing up for it.

Stronger. Steadier. A little more yourself each time.

Come feel the difference for yourself.

Never used a reformer before? Here’s exactly what to expect. 🌿

You walk in, you get settled, and someone walks you through every step. No experience needed, no guessing what to do. Just you, a reformer, and an instructor making sure you feel confident the whole time.

Your first class is $15. Call us and we’ll help you pick the right one to start with.

Money can’t buy happiness. 🤑

But it can buy a great reformer class. 😌

Close enough.

Some things just win. 🤚

TikTok vs. your instructor. Guessing at form vs. real corrections. Crunches vs. actual core work. A random YouTube video vs. a reformer class built for you.

We know which side we’re on.

Pick your side. Book your first class.

How do I explain to someone that I can’t do push-ups but I can do this? 😂

Different kind of strength. Still counts.

Come find out what your body can actually do.

Why I take Pilates so seriously. 🧘‍♀️

Because the alternative is not it. 😂

Strength, mobility, and posture now are what keep you moving later. Let’s not end up here.

Nervous to try Pilates? 🤍

You don’t have to know the exercises.

You don’t have to be flexible, strong, or experienced.

You just have to start.

Every class is guided, every level is welcome, and every instructor meets you exactly where you are.
