Always bringing me back home 🤍 I’m in awe of what the body is capable of when we stay persistent with the practice. Although reaching a certain posture isn’t the goal, it’s definitely rewarding and makes me feel even more grateful for everything my body does for me.

It has been 8 years since I started practicing yoga, and it’s something I never get bored of. I can’t wait to learn even more and continue sharing the love for yoga with others 🙏🏼
