Happy Release day @yarrowleafauthor! 🐛

I can't believe the trilogy is complete. I remember reading the Shattered One's and being shook. It was exactly what I needed to read and a reminder that there is hope even in the breaking and that I am not alone.

I still haven't read the ending of book 3 😭 but I am excited to and hope that your stories reach far and wide and are a hug to those who read them (like your stories were for me).

Thank you, Brigitte. 😊❤️ by @laurelaburgess

I truly think that the City Between series by @wrgingell would be an epic TV show. Bingeable urban fantasy murder mystery?! 🔥🐛 by @laurelaburgess

Finished reading the Hound of Baskervilles with my dad! Spooky fall read for the win. I absolutely loved the nature descriptions and there were parts that made us laugh too. I think this was my Sherlock Holmes book. Twisty mysteries for the win.

I read it for inspiration for the book I'm writing. 😁👍

I still can't say "melancholy" right even with how many times it was used in the book haha.

🐛 Have you read a Sherlock Holmes book before? by @laurelaburgess

Wanna help fight off giant evil gummy worms? Read and review Attack of the Gummy Worms to aid Tim Rodrey in his fight to protect the world! 😎🐛

Tim, the protagonist:....
Me, the author: What?
Tim:....
Me:....
Tim: That won't help me fight off evil creatures.
Me: It's a marketing technique.
Tim: It's deception. Worse, you just asked people to perceive us. It's like a staring contest except the other side always wins.
Me:
Tim: It's awkward.
Me: I know, it feels awkward asking for people to review---
Tim: I don't even want them to READ it.
Me: Huh?
Tim: It's a personal story!
Me: Sorry?
Tim: They'll know how awkward I am.
Me: If it helps, I'm also awkward.
Tim: That doesn't help.
Me: Yeah, fair. Ahem... Sorry... by @laurelaburgess

Writing! Yesterday my work in progress (I'll call it project Clockcore) reached 10,000 words! 4 chapters.

⏳️ current favorite line:
Black clouds crawled above as the night stretched its shadowy face and drank the stars like drops of water.

I'm excited to keep drafting! 🐛 by @laurelaburgess

Thank you for letting me borrow your copy @author.hope.ann!

Masterful writing and art! Still not sure how I feel about the worldview presented, but I'm glad to have read it. It was emotional and vivid. by @laurelaburgess

Well... it's cover reveal day for Hearts Invincible and I LOVE IT but it also means that one of my favorite series ends. 😭

But do good stories really ever end? Kinda. Kinda not. The good stories have a way of being remembered. Of being re-read. Of popping up in one's mind with fan theories or fan fiction.

Hearts Invincible by @yarrowleafauthor is the third book in the Aftermath trilogy and it is coming out on October 16. Preorders are open now! 🥳

The first book is the Shattered Ones.
