POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

25 years later, we remember. 🇺🇸

On September 11, 2001, 40 passengers and crew aboard Flight 93 showed extraordinary courage, fighting back against the hijackers and sacrificing their lives to protect countless others.

This September, visit Flight 93 National Memorial in the Laurel Highlands to walk the grounds, reflect and honor the heroes of Flight 93.

Their courage changed history. Their story lives on. Never forget.❤️

Fall in the Laurel Highlands comes with a little history… and a little haunting. 🍂👻

At Compass Inn Museum, the season is packed with reasons to make a fall getaway:

🎃 Oct. 24: Carve your way to pumpkin glory at the 11th Annual Pumpkin Carving Contest.
👻 Oct. 24–25: Step inside after dark for Haunted Halloween Tales, where candlelit rooms and real local lore make history a little more hair-raising.
🔥 Nov. 7: Gather around the bonfire for an Old English Bonfire Celebration filled with historic traditions, live music, hot cider, tavern drinks and plenty of autumn atmosphere.

Make a weekend of it and experience autumn in the Laurel Highlands.🍁
