Sunday bake time - 2 boules - long 24 hour fermentation, using stone grain wholemeal flour @bininnwholefoods and Pams high grade flour.

First test for my new oven gloves @madison_coulter_artist, they certainly do stand up to the heat of cast iron. A great product.
