have (a course of action) as one’s purpose or objective; plan.

If our intention is to live a life of love, kindness, joy, peacefulness….then we have to live in a way; make choices that support that intention.

That begins with how we treat ourselves, how we fill ourselves up, how we speak to ourselves, how we take care of ourselves. Being intentional means there is effort behind the action. Being intentional means you are purposefully choosing the action.

To be intentional about self care you have ti make the time for it, educate yourself, and make choices that support you being your best. It’ll take changing your schedule, it’ll take trying new things and it’ll take embracing the behaviors that allow you to become the best you you can be.
It’s good stuff. Believe me. Changes can be hard but they are necessary.

Be intentional with how you treat yourself and see life open up in new and beautiful ways. 🫶🏼🫶🏼

IS IT POSSIBLE that YOU ARE MISSING THE ANSWERS to YOUR PRAYERS simply because they aren’t coming in the form you THOUGHT they would?

God doesn’t need our help. He just needs our trust…our faith in action…so that HE can provide HIS best.

Lord I pray for SHUT doors!

We pray for open doors but do we also pray that doors will be shut tight, allowing us to confidently walk through the doors God has flung open for us.

There’s something really special about being a part of something bigger than yourself; watching family experience new places and people and all of the adventures that come with travel.

Travel creatures memories and feelings, shared experiences, and it forces you to carve out time and get away from the “normal.”

Check things off of your bucket list…. Don’t just make a list and dream of places you’d like see and experience. Take the trip, book the flight and make the time. It’s worth it.

One year ago today. 🫶🏻

God is so good. I’m so thankful for the grace and love the Lord has given to us as we’ve navigated so much this past year… together, and I’m so thankful for this wonderful man who has stepped in to new roles with such love and patience. My heart is full of joy and gratitude for every little thing.

For 12 months we counted down the days… our honeymoon. Then suddenly... it was here.

And now we’re flying home with tired eyes, too many photos to sort through, a suitcase full of dirty clothes, inside jokes we’ll be laughing about for years, and hearts so full of gratitude.

Travel has a way of reminding you what really matters.

It’s the memories you make, the people you share them with, and the moments you say yes to.

Greece, thank you for an unforgettable adventure… my heart is full
