i think sometimes we can get so caught up in aesthetics and how things look. for me, my favorite things, i remember how they made me felt. the sensations.

these sessions with friends have been reconnecting me with my love for dance again…i’m so grateful. for my friends & for my body that wakes up daily & allows me to experience. by @laurencrosslin

thank you for the push!! you had us DANCING. she’s doing a round 2, so be on the lookout cause this felt so good.

week off of teaching = a week of dance classes 💅🏼

been falling back in love with class after taking a hiatus to relearn my priorities & what i want to get out of taking class. my body & heart are so happy to be dancing so much this week. especially cause it’s been with my talented friends😍 by @laurencrosslin

cause my sister said she’s been enjoying me sharing my dancing more 🤭

i also preach to my students to get comfortable with sharing & so im trying to do the same! social media can easily become too serious & i am not at all that serious.

here’s me falling (in love) again & again & again & again by @laurencrosslin

dancing for @j.venus.mp4 is always such a beautiful experience. your movement feels sooo good to move through. i am proud to be a part of your vision & to call you my friend. you brought together such a beautiful group of humans & created an experience i’ll forever cherish. i can’t wait to see all the amazing things you continue to create & all the places you’ll go 💕✨

also a huge shoutout to all the amazing people who i got to share the stage with. you all are so unique and special in your own way, and i’m so grateful to share this experience with you all. i hope to dance with each of you again in the future 💫 @rronynextdoor @faye.shemper @hallie.langaigne @karinfurui @chazryanchaz @itsjustaaliyah___ @_marcusfernandez @joliee.dumay

and ofc a huge shoutout to @exhibit_1010 and @robertcraddock_ for putting together SUCH a beautiful show. you made each of us dancers feel so taken care of from the first showing to tech to the day of the show. it’s not often you see a show ran where artists get to present a longer piece, a good length for tech & spacing, and even water and snacks being provided for the artists. the team that you put together ran the show so smoothly & was so kind & helpful. i hope this show continues to live on, and even more artists get to experience this. so PLSSS YALL, make sure to support this show. they deserve all the flowers💐💐💐
