It’s been less than a year since I had to do this the last time…on Sunday night, we lost our sweet girl Zoey. She was funny, anxious, sweet, spunky, and a little froggy-faced love bug. She helped us get through the loss of her sister, Tesla, and her brother, Hubble, and if love could have saved her she would have lived forever. Thank you to everyone who asked how she was doing while we were anxiously attending the National and unable to see her as she recovered from an emergency surgery. She was extremely brave and fought hard, but things don’t always go the way we want. Please give your pets extra treats and kisses in her memory, and if you’re looking to help other dogs in need, please donate to @1510foundation as Zoey was truly a 15/10 good girl. by @laurengoeshere

I try to keep this page separate from my private life, but my world has been completely off kilter lately and I thought I should explain at least the largest part of our recent stressors.
When we got home from our trip, one of our three dogs, Tesla, was startlingly thin. We thought it was just food guarding from one of our other dogs, Zoey, but by Thursday we knew something was not right. Friday we got bad news, Monday we confirmed the assessment of untreatable cancer, and by Thursday she was gone.
Tesla was by my (now) husband’s side for 13.5 years. If you know us, you know our dogs. Tesla, named after Nikola Tesla, was a sweet, tiny rat terrier whose life truly began in January of 2009. She was beautiful, with delicate but powerful little paws, mightily floppy ears, and a love for treats, specifically Pupperoni. We had to spell out the word “treat” because it was a part of her vocabulary and she would turn her head faster at that word than her own name. She was extremely vocal and had a bork for any deemed threat. She loved ice cubes and hated thunderstorms, so I shared my ice cubes and let her sit in my shirt when she couldn’t stop shaking. She and her siblings, Zoey and Hubble, mean everything to us, and the world does not feel right without her by our sides. We will cherish our time we had with her, but she will be loved and missed forever. by @laurengoeshere

On Friday, August 9th, I had to say goodbye to my best buddy, my soul dog, a piece of my heart, after 14 years together. Hubble was more than a pet, and his little body could never contain him in his entirety. After being diagnosed with a brain tumor in November of 2022, he exceeded all expectations (except for mine) by living his best life for almost two more years. I could go on forever about how special he is, but it would never truly suffice. Hug your buddies and give them extra scritches in honor of us 💜 by @laurengoeshere

(3) @americannightmarecody was extremely kind and thanked me while I tried to not hold up the line, and as my favorite superstar he exceeded expectation. @wwe has done a lot for Bryan and me this past year as far as entertainment, distraction, comfort, and lively debates.

(2) I was alone in the autograph line while Bryan was at our table upstairs, and the @fanatics team was very efficient and moved people along very quickly. If you’ve ever been to an autograph signing, there isn’t a lot of time for chatter, so I wrote a note just to share what I was giving to him.
