I was going to wait and announce this when I had a preorder link ready, but I cannot keep this news to myself much longer. A BOOK IS HAPPENING! My poems will be available all together on paper! If I had to pick one poem I’ve written that holds my whole heart, it’s probably this one. I started this as an essay probably 7 or more years ago now, but it wasn’t working. So I shrank it into a poem, and found out that I love to write poetry. The only consistency between the two pieces is the dialogue and the last line. So this is a reminder I guess, that if something isn’t working, it might not be unfixable. It might just need you to see it differently.

It’s my 33rd birthday today. Recently, I had a photoshoot with the amazingly talented @kiararosetalley. Here are a few of the photos from that day.

I feel so lucky to have made it to my thirties. I’m so much more comfortable in my body and mind now than I ever was. This past year was especially transformative for me, because of all of you.

I stated posting my dinky little poems on here last April. Thank you for reading them and for being here. Your presence and encouragement have really changed me, and made me feel confident in a way I never have before. Here’s to another year of sapphic yearning :)
