It is going to take me 5-7 business years to recover and believe this weekend actually happened. Thank you to @apollycon to @jennifer_l_armentrout for this life changing event and the fact that I get to be a part of it (me???????!!!!!). Expect more posts as I scroll through my 100000 photos!

One year ago today, I published the final book in The Benevolence & Blood Series, and I want to say thank you to the series that started it all.

This series brought me a community of readers who have embraced this story and the person who wrote it. I will never find the words to express what my readers have done for me.

This series introduced me to a world of authors and industry professionals who have become my second family.

This series gave me happiness and pain, excitement and dread, a boundless level of joy and an immeasurable amount of tears, and every single ounce of the bad was worth the good.

This series pushed my creative limits and showed me I can not only write a damn book, I can write four. It opened a whole new world.

This series started my career, and it’s only up from here.

To every reader, to every person who hasn’t read but has supported in some way, to every author who has helped light the way for me, to my assistants, my editor, to the bookstores that have stocked me, to the events that have hosted me, to my friends in and out of the book world, to my family who has cheered me on, to my husband who has pushed me forward, to my son who has grown alongside this series and can say his mom didn’t give up her dream, thank you. Because everything this series has brought me would not have been possible if I didn’t have YOU.

I can’t wait to show you what’s next. by @laurenmleasure

Buckle up buttercup because my face has subtitles and they are switched ON

if you want to see me fight, say these words

tell that to my stolen books (and everyone else’s stolen books/art/content)

you’ve consumed the book, you’ve read the book. NEXT

this is unhinged behavior tbh

no one is safe (especially in my first series)

kinda wanna print these as stickers by @laurenmleasure
