So thankful for the freedom that we are living in today because of the ones who gave everything. Freedom is never free, but it is a precious gift that we take for granted. I am so blessed and I want to raise my children to appreciate the sacrifices and respect our country and it's leaders. God bless America!

Side note, I am 25 weeks with Kassidy, so only three more months left until we meet our baby girl. I am so blessed.

As always, I am late, but then again we should be celebrating these ladies every day. Happy belated Mother's Day to these two ladies who literally make our families function and who have impacted our lives.

Mom, thank you for all that you do for our family and for being such a godly woman for me to pattern after. You have been consistent all my life and that is the greatest legacy you could ever teach me. Thank you for your love and all your sacrifices, and for never giving up on me. You are the perfect example of a Proverbs 31 woman and I hope one day I can be the same example for my daughter as you have been to me. You have always been my best friend and I am so thankful for you. You are the best Loli to our boys and they absolutely adore you! We love you.

Cindy, I couldn't have asked for a better mother-in-law. I always hesitate to say that because you have been so much like a mother to me. There are many women who unfortunately do not have the best relationship with their MIL, but that is not the case for me. I have always hoped that I would be close to my MIL and it is better than I could ever imagine. I am so blessed to have the relationship with you where I can talk to you about everything on my heart. Thank you for all your wisdom, sacrifices, and love that you give to our family. I look up to you in so many ways! The boys LOVE their Mima and I am so thankful they have you in their life. We prayed, and God graciously gave us the desires of our hearts. Kassidy Nicole, we cannot wait to meet you in October.

Little Stephen insisted he was getting a baby sister and he was right. The faith of a child! We are so excited and overwhelmed by the blessings of God. This is such a wonderful way to celebrate Mother's Day.

Happy birthday to the strongest, energetic, eternity-driven, Christ-fanatic, hard working man that I know. Since we were teenagers, there was always something about you that drew me to you. It was not only your personality, your teasing, or your adorable smile, but it was your strong love and desire to seek hard after God. That passion has grown even more over the years and I am so thankful that our boys have you to pattern their lives after. Three years have gone by too quickly. My sweet dinosaur obsessed, Cane's lovin', golfing fanatic little boy has turned three today and this momma is having a hard time watching him become Mr. Independent. He is always finding ways to make everyone laugh and is always up for an adventure. His personality always makes me smile because you are such a fun, loving, sweet little boy.
