Yes our bodies can do a lot but we need to take care of them too by @laurensedonia

Watching my run club grow in one summer 🥹☀️

Started running by myself. Now look at us.

What started as me showing up for myself turned into a community of people showing up for each other. by @laurensedonia

#100k by @laurensedonia

Closing out the season the right way at Promontory Point! 🏃🏾‍♂️🔥 The energy at the Sunny Strides Sunset Run was unmatched from the jump and you know DJ Marcus rocked the crowd. Huge shoutout to the Sunny Strides run club and @sedoniasportco for bringing Chicago together, and a massive congratulations to the founder @laurensedonia on hitting 100K followers! 🎉 Keep inspiring the city! by @laurensedonia

100,000 OF Y’ALL?! 🥹

A HUNDRED THOUSAND PEOPLE. I genuinely can’t even put into words how grateful I am. ❤️

Thank you to everybody who has followed, liked, shared, commented, and supported me along the way. Whether you found me through a workout video, beauty, lifestyle, learned something from my content, or trusted me to be a part of your fitness journey, please know that I appreciate you more than you know.

I started posting what I love, and somehow it turned into a community of 100,000 people. That will NEVER be something I take lightly. Thank you for growing with me, believing in me, and allowing me to inspire you. 🫶🏽

100K WAS THE GOAL, BUT WE JUST GETTING STARTED. ☀️❤️
