Today I’m celebrating a big milestone — 50 homes sold and over $25M in career sales.

In June 2023, I said goodbye to the corporate world after 12 years of learning, leading, and pushing myself into roles I wasn’t always sure I was ready for. I was able to grow because people believed in me — and gave me a chance.

That belief gave me the confidence to take a leap into something completely new: a fully commission-based career. I left behind a space where I had already proven myself to start over and prove to myself that I could do it again.

Now, nearly three years in as a full-time agent, I find myself saying it often — I truly love what I do. Not every day is perfect, but I know without a doubt I’m doing the work I’m meant to do. I feel aligned, challenged, and incredibly grateful.

A huge thank you to my team leader, Naoji, for believing in me from day one and creating opportunities to connect, grow, and build meaningful relationships. And I could not do what I do without our rockstar of a Transactions Coordinator, Gina. I’m grateful to be in a position where I can now pour into and support new agents coming up behind me.

And to Compass — thank you for being a place where I feel supported, celebrated, and inspired. 🖤🤍

Today I’m raising a glass to everyone who gave me a chance along the way… and to myself, for having the courage to take the leap. 🥂

Meet Lauren ✨

Raised in Cinnaminson, Lauren’s roots in South Jersey run deep and that local connection is exactly what makes her such a valuable part of our team. After earning her BS in Business Administration from Elizabethtown College and her MBA in Marketing from Rutgers, she built an impressive career in property management, overseeing luxury apartment communities across the Philadelphia area.

Most recently, Lauren served as VP of Asset Management for a real estate investment firm, managing a portfolio spanning from Boston to DC so when it comes to understanding the market, strategy, and value, she brings a level of expertise that truly sets her apart.

But what really drives Lauren? Helping people.

After returning to South Jersey in 2015 to buy her first home with her husband, she knew this was where she wanted to build both her life and her career. With her family still close by (you might even spot her biking past them!), Lauren combines her professional experience with a genuine passion for guiding clients home.

We’re so lucky to have her on the team!
