We said goodbye to our Marne girl on Sunday. 💔 She was the kindest, most loyal pup I’ve ever known. She departed gracefully, in our home surrounded by our love and devotion. She came into my life when I was 23, before marriage, before kids. Back when my bag wasn’t filled with snacks and craft supplies, but with a ball and water bowl, ready for our next adventure.Her trust in me was unwavering. During fireworks or storms, when her nerves were rattled, I could feel her heart rate slow simply from being held tightly in my arms.It brings me joy to know that Hayes and Indie got to experience her gentle spirit. She was there when we first brought them home, prepared to step into her role as their devoted sidekick. Becoming a parent has taught me so much about love and patience, but Marne was my first baby. She ushered me into adulthood, reminding me to focus on what truly matters. I’m a better human because of her, and I will be forever grateful.We’ll love you always, girl. 🦋💕 by @laurentanz
