In 2016, I was diagnosed with cancer. One of the greatest gifts I received during that time was the unwavering support of my community. It inspired me to help start Community Heart in 2018 with the hope that no one would have to face cancer alone.

Today, I’m so excited to step into a new chapter with Community Heart and officially relaunch the organization. 🤍

Community Heart exists to support local families affected by cancer through care packages, community partnerships, volunteer opportunities, and meaningful events. At the heart of it all is a simple mission: to connect those affected by cancer through a network of support.

This next chapter means so much to me, and I’m incredibly excited for what’s ahead.

If you’d like to be part of what’s ahead, follow @communityheartinc to support the mission, get involved, volunteer, donate, or nominate a family in need. Every follow, share, and act of kindness helps us reach someone who needs it.

Cancer support starts with community. 🤍

And a special thank you to my incredibly talented friend @elizabethkm_photography for capturing these photos so beautifully. 🤍 by @laurenwidner
