Tip:

When performing pull-ups, chins or abs..ensure to uncross ankles. The vast majority CROSS them.

By crossing..you create a slight twist, putting emphasis on one side. Turning and twisting the pelvis/hip region.

Creating symmetry is a must.
Slow, controlled movements.

For Laurie, it’s a constant balancing act. Between being a business owner, a mom, a grandma, and an athlete. But she proves every day that “if you want something bad enough, you create it”

An Early Happy Mother’s Day from Laurie, and from all of us at Hardcore Candy. We are happy to shed some recognition on all the amazing moms.

Sometimes our fears and anxious thoughts seem so loud and convincing that we tend to believe them over that quiet voice.

But remember, encountering obstacles doesn’t mean you’re not moving foreword.

Delays don’t mean your desires won’t come to fruition.

Setbacks don’t mean your efforts aren’t working.

What is meant for you, will meet you. ❤️
Believe.

Prepare to be inspired by a true elite athlete, @lauriedickson210 .

She is the definition of versatility - 3x World Champion Pro Fitness Model, Champion Motocross Racer, and Published Fitness Writer. A woman who has mastered every arena she steps into.

And just recently, she reminded us all of something powerful: real passion never dies.

After a 26-year break from competition, Laurie fearlessly lined up for her first Enduro race - proving that when something is in your heart, time means nothing. Her return to the dirt is a bold, beautiful reminder that you can always go back to what you love… and still dominate it.

Drop a 🔥 if you’re cheering for this absolute legend. And tell us - what’s a passion you’re ready to pick back up?

So often I see this exercise executed incorrectly with quick succession with lack of isolation and muscle contraction. (As demonstrated in second video on the reel). Pause. Slightly turn foot outward. Elevate chest, arch and contract the glute. Coach Laurie. by @lauriedickson210
