The Wedding of Haylee and Ty is So Special to me. Haylee and I have traveled through some of her most precious moments together. Two weddings and her graduation from Nursing school…all I have been a part of. All have been my pleasure doing her makeup. But her Wedding…the Most Honorable and Sacred event of a lifetime …she asked me again. And I couldn’t be more honored, grateful, proud and thankful. Doing her makeup and her closest family and friends has been a highlight in my career. The most Beautiful bridal party I’ve ever seen! And beautiful hearts inside that made this day so Special!! Los Angeles Mayoral Debate is in the Can. NBC, the only station creating, promoting and broadcasting this historic event. And we brought it to You Live!! NBC Colleen Williams and Conan Nolan along with Telemundo Alejandra Ortiz Chagín moderating the debate and the two contenders for Mayor, Incumbent Karen Bass and Nithya Raman. One hour. No commercials. Asking the questions our communities have and want solutions for. Both candidates went back and forth with the concerns of our great city. And on November 3rd...we will see the outcome. A great debate only seen on Chanel 4. It is always an Honor to do the Makeup for these Special Events.

Empire of the Sun was the Sold Out Concert! I had the privilege and pleasure doing the Veil Makeup for these two Beauties, Priscilla and Kim. Instead of the heavy white thick mask makeup they wear, we went with a beautiful, soft 4 layer, shimmer, glitter, glamour look with rhinestone touches that made these two Sparkle like the Sun!! You can see the soft look of a mask over the eye area across the bridge of their nose and the rhinestone accent framed the outside of the veil. What a Fabulous Makeup Collection!! Pricilla and Kim!! You know traveling all over Europe, it was Hot there, everywhere in the world!! I even brought Barefoot with me in most of my outfits!! And my Baseball cap here is no exception!! Our last day in this Beautiful Sweet town that Freddie called home for so many reasons. After Freddie’s apartment find, we hopped a gondola that took us to the top of Montreux overlooking Stunning Lake Geneva and the countryside. Then back that night for our Fabulous dinner at Le Cuo Cuo Restaurant. Incredible food, a new furry friend that wouldn’t leave our sides and a sunset crying out to be seen! We took full advantage!! Everything was perfect. And Freddie was there at dinner and a surprise appearance at sunset!! Marie!!! This has been an experience of a Lifetime. With these beautiful amazing women, it is an honor to have been on this Incredible journey with you all!! I will Cherish every moment over and over again. Ok…let’s do it again Friends!!! September 7th. A very Special Day We chose. To honor this Incredible talent. A Beautiful Montreux morning. We had breakfast every day at our stunning hotel and looked out at the Mountains and Lake Geneva, that beckoned us there in the first place. A place where Freddie found Solace, Peace. One of our fellow Freddie fans was at breakfast with us. He and his lovely wife from England. After our meal we rode to Freddie’s apartment. And what a ride and walk we took! Unseasonably hot for this sleepy little town but we made it through beautiful foliage along the lakeshore and some fun along the way with Freddie, pointing out the apartment building we were heading to!! Patty spotted Freddie’s bench. Almost camouflaged by the gorgeous greens and of course…we all had our way with it. The marker, his apartment in the background and what a Wonderful view to look from! His high rise home, the bench he sat at many times overlooking his beloved Montreux. We sat in quiet for moments. Took our pictures and Nancy and I went into the lake just…because. His song Made in Heaven conceived here, along with others but now we all see the reason why it was. This place, its surroundings are truly Made in Heaven. Day 6 continues!!! From the gallery, we had an event with Reinhold & Freddie Mack and Jim Jenkins!! What an Incredible time!! Reinhold’s son is named after Freddie Mercury, his God Father, and Reinhold had both his sons there for conversations and pictures!! Plus Jim Jenkins!! Amazing legends that made Freddie’s life so Special. Around the corner … we walked to the Queen Tribute Wall and each of us found that perfect spot to leave our messages. Beautiful pictures drawn by hand, lovely memories from fans over the years. What a treat!! We left the wall and rode the Freddie Days Bus into town and that night we watched Freddie Mack and his band perform under a beautiful sunset and starry sky. A perfect ending to a Beautiful Day!! Montreux packed our days filled with Freddie Everything!! And this day was one of our busiest!! Starting out at the statue, Freddie’s Birthday Cake and some pictures at the dock. Then…back to the events!!! This will be broken into 3 sections!! Absolutely Amazing!! Next…back to the gallery and the showing of Freddie’s wrist bands, Hawaiian shirt and jacket he wore. The Anticipation was killing us!! The Birthday Celebration at the Casino and the festivities before the doors opened and after!!!! Incredible!! Meeting us at the door, a glass of champagne and we were swooped into a Gorgeous room decorated brilliantly just like Freddie would have loved!! All kinds of beautiful costumes, arrangements, food, beverages and the Entertainment!! Freddie’s sister Kashmira made an appearance and stunned the crowd!! Friends we met before and after the celebration!! Then bands performed throughout the night plus scratchers you can buy that go towards the Freddie Mercury Phoenix Fund. Everyone won! And I won 8 items!! So Crazy fun!! The night went on and we left around midnight. Our Beautiful Marie saying good night to All at the end of a Perfect night. Day 5!! A day I will remember for the rest of my life!! The Montserrat Caballe Claus, Mike Moran & Peter Freestone event in the morning that was Incredible!!! And later that night…Freddie Mercury’s Birthday Party Celebration!! We felt like Cinderella going to the ball!! Each one of these Incredible Beautiful ladies chose an outfit representing Freddie and everything and everyone he loved. From the fascinators head pieces to the perfect shoes.
