At Finca La Vall, we blend Mediterranean soul with Nordic simplicity.

Natural textures meet timeless design — Binissalem stone underfoot, local marble, soft textiles, and aged wood details.

A space where simplicity feels warm, and every material tells a story. And with the Tramuntana landscape just outside the terrace doors, nature itself becomes part of the interior.

We are happy to help you either with interior design, renovation or both🙏🏻

The best-kept secret about Mallorca? October 🧡🌞

We spent Sunday on the beach in Puerto Pollença. The crowds are gone, the light is soft and golden, and the water is still warm.

Our favourite spot is the Pine Walk end of the beach, where the pines lean over the sand and time slows down.

Save this for your next trip, and send it to the person you’d bring. 🤍

Come and see the Mallorca we love ❤️

On Wednesday 14 October you’re invited to the Vipp Residences open house at Finca Selva, in the middle of what we at La Vall Projects call the authentic Mallorca.

We live here in Selva all year round, and this is why.

✨ The Tramuntana mountains, a UNESCO World Heritage site, are right outside the door

✨ Lluc Monastery sits up in the hills, with a stunning church, centuries of history and a calm you can feel. You can hike there and even stay the night

✨ Some of the island’s best beaches are half an hour away: Pollença, Muro and our favourite, Cala Sant Vicenç

Inside is a fully furnished home with the best of Danish design from Vipp, mixed with curated pieces from Mallorca.

Come for the house and stay for the wine and tapas. 🍷

📍 Finca Selva, Selva
🗓️ Wednesday 14 October, 3–8 PM
Drop in whenever suits you. There’s no set programme.

Want to join? 😉

The sign-up link is in our bio, or send us a DM. 💌

You’re invited: next Wednesday, @vippresidences opens the doors at Finca Selva, their newest home in Selva, Mallorca.

Surrounded by olive trees and stone walls, the house is fully furnished with the best of Danish design from Vipp, mixed with curated pieces from Mallorca. It’s co-owned, so you buy a share and get a fully designed, fully managed home, without the upkeep.

We found the property and are Vipp’s local partner on the island. Danish design has been close to our hearts for a long time, and this house is where it meets Mediterranean character.

Join us for tapas, wine and a look inside:

Two years on Mallorca, and we’d never seen it like this - from the water, at sunset 🌅

A wedding gift from some of our island friends ❤️🙏🏻

A private evening on a beautifully restored Mallorcan llaut @llautnarumba.

We jumped in the water when the sun was low, then sailed back as it set over the Bay of Alcúdia.

A good way to see the island. We will be back 🙏🏻

Finca La Vall — built from scratch on an empty field of almond trees, became the most beautiful setting for our wedding last weekend.💕😊🙏🏻

Nestled at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, we welcomed our guests exactly the way we love: authentic, aesthetic, but never posh.

Round tables dressed in linen, olive branches tied with twine around handwritten place cards, wildflowers loose in glass jars.

No fuss, no gold rim, no formality — just honest materials that speak for themselves.

The same went for the food. Simple and precise plates — Mediterranean seafood, fresh herbs, nothing overworked — served as the sun dropped behind the mountains and the sky turned gold.

It’s the same instinct we bring to every home we build at La Vall Projects: let the setting do the talking😉

Casa Diehl, from behind the scenes 🏡

Come see how far we’ve come on our Pollença townhouse project.

Our team has been hard at work — new roof, both bathrooms rebuilt, and the patio extended. Throughout it all, we’re preserving the original floors, windows, and doors wherever possible.

Casa Diehl will be ready for sale end of November 🤎

Sunday hike in Tramuntana ⛰️😊🙏🏻

We feel privileged to live so close to the Tramuntana mountains. A UNESCO World Heritage🙏🏻

Todays hike went from Lluc to Binifaldo and back

Best bocadillo and coffe at the iconic Sa Bataila gasstation at the end☕️🥪

And the back to the finca and the pool 🙏🏻🌞
