It’s so easy to get caught up in the grind—chasing validation, performing to be seen, hustling for money, trying to be better, do more, belong somewhere, prove something… and somehow we convince ourselves that it all matters more than it actually does.

But it’s these very things that pull us further away from who we truly are. It becomes the noise that silences that inner truth that’s always guiding us; That voice that’s always quietly leading us back home to ourselves— call it god, universe, or intuition. It’s the same voice that already holds the answers we keep searching for— if we’re willing to get quiet enough to hear it… and brave enough to face it.

This year, I choose to slow down, stay present and honour that inner knowing 🤍

Shout out to @manila_from_manali for the inspiration 🌸

Over the years, I’ve filmed parts of my practice but rarely shared them.
Partly because I’m a private person.
Partly because I kept waiting to feel more “ready” or “perfect”.
This year, I’m letting myself be seen… quietly and slowly.
Not to perform, not to prove—
but to honour what yoga continues to give me.
It’s been my grounding force through confusion, clarity, grief, and joy.
A space to return to myself.
Sharing this not as a teacher, but as a student.
Forever learning. Forever coming home 🤍

One month of learning, unlearning, growing, sweating, laughing, questioning, and simply being at @samyakyoga

I feel incredibly grateful for the teachers who shared their knowledge, patience, wisdom and energy so generously. And to the friends I made along the way— thank you for making the hard days lighter, the good days better, and this entire experience so much more memorable.

This is proof we’ve collected some good karma over lifetimes 😅🧿✨
