We got married!! 🤍🤍

The best day of our lives. The love and support everyone brought to Virginia Park Lodge was unmatched. We’re still taking it all in.

I can’t thank our suppliers enough. So many of you are my friends and work family, and you went above and beyond for us.

My sister-in-law Kim, you outdid yourself with the flowers. I can’t wait to share so much more of them.

Maria Reidy, the work you put into our wedding has blown us both away. You’ve been such a dear friend for so many years, and I couldn’t imagine my wedding without you.

And this photo… Kat, I’m speechless. I’ve been asked so many times who would photograph our wedding, and I’ve always been so proud to say it was you. An absolute legend.

You know you’re in for a treat when you get the most excited voice note from @waterlily_weddings_ about a very special invitation.

This incredible couple wanted something memorable to invite their guests to Ireland - a gifting experience centered around the most beautiful candle.

This suite had it all - a custom made clam shell box, sterling silver engraved matchboxes with each aspect of paper inspired by the architecture of Ballyfin Demesne.

Carrying every detail through to the day itself to create a completely cohesive direction.

It was magic ✨ taken in Ballyfin Demesne by @lavender_press

It’s quite unusual for me to have the opportunity to walk through a venue before designing an invitation suite - to experience its quirks, admire its charm, and understand the details that make it so special. But this project was different.

This incredibly special journey began with a walkthrough of @ballyfindemesne, where I had the chance to take in its architecture and unique personality, and find ways to weave those elements into the most spectacular invitation suite.

It was a genuine privilege to create something so meaningful for @sydpdrish and John.

There’s so much more to share from this one!

The venue heavily inspired the wedding details for Kathleen and Ciaran’s wedding day, from the intricate wallpaper to the wild Irish florals of the garden. These two elements were thoughtfully brought together and woven throughout the day, from table linens to the bridesmaid dresses, making the details feel very intentional.

Kathleen & Ciarán 🤍 | 22nd May

From framing the church entrance with natural greenery to transforming the cake table at Virginia Park Lodge, every floral detail was thoughtfully designed to complement the surroundings.

From the tables and centrepieces to the bespoke seating chart, each floral element was carefully considered to create a cohesive design throughout the day.

It was such a pleasure to be part of this beautiful day 🤍🌿

If I buy something new, there’s a decent chance you’ll see me wearing it out of the shop so naturally I cannot wait to share all the beautiful images from a recent shoot with @peter_carvill with flowers by the incredible @flowers_by_kimmarie.

This shoot was the first thing I planned when I went full time with Lavender Press and seeing it all come together has just filled me with such joy. I know it’s soppy but looking at all these images just reinforces that this is what I’m meant to be doing right now and I couldn’t be happier about it.

Peter - not only are you just the loveliest person, you are a master at what you do and I’m so grateful you were able to help. I’m already worrying about when I have to go back and take my own pictures 😄

Kim - you were so helpful and kind and having beautiful flowers to compliment the stationery has just brought everything together in a way that was better than I could have imagined 🤍

For Molly and Howard, the brief was to bring a more contemporary feeling to the character and romance of Tinakilly House.

The design was grounded in white and green, with the bridal party dressed in black—introducing a sharper contrast that carried through to the smallest details.

Soft draping transformed the reception space, while sculptural florals in varying shapes and heights brought movement and a sense of quiet drama to the room.

The stationery was particularly special: modern typography, embossed details and soft sage linen, finished with touches of black. That contrast continued through to the vintage-style cake, with its intricate piping and delicate black bows.

Clean but not minimal. Romantic without becoming overly traditional. Every element considered as part of one complete visual story.
