⚡ VW GTE – Test Vehicle Refresh ⚡

Deze GTE wordt al jarenlang ingezet als testauto voor onze coatingsystemen.
Dagelijks gebruik, uiteenlopende weersomstandigheden en intensieve testen — zonder gebruik van toppers, boosters of extra onderhoudsproducten.

Na ruim 3 jaar begon de oorspronkelijke coatinglaag wat af te nemen. Precies het moment waarop we wilden zien hoe het systeem zich op lange termijn houdt onder realistische omstandigheden.
Daarnaast was dit de perfecte kans om direct onze nieuwste coatinglijn toe te passen en verder te testen in de praktijk.

Wat hebben we uitgevoerd:
✅ 2-staps lakcorrectie
— Correctie van swirls, waskrassen en lichte imperfecties
— Verfijning van het lakbeeld voor maximale glans en reflectie

✅ 4-laags Titan Coatings systeem
— Zeus → duurzame basislaag met sterke hechting
— Vulcan → extra diepte, glans en chemische resistentie
— 2 lagen Apollo → extreem glad oppervlak, sterke hydrofobiciteit en verbeterde vuilafstoting

Door deze laagopbouw ontstaat een coatingsysteem met optimale duurzaamheid, bescherming en prestaties onder zware omstandigheden.

🔥 Resultaat:
De GTE is weer volledig refreshed en klaar voor een nieuwe periode van intensieve praktijk- en duurzaamheidstests.
