Summer at the Cove -Now the law came in to increase the trespass, but where sin increased, grace abounded all the more, so that, as sin reigned in death, grace also might reign through righteousness leading to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. -Romans‬ ‭5‬:‭20‬-‭21‬ ‭ by @law_step13

Happy Heavenly Birthday, Dad.
You would have been 49 today. Sometimes we don’t understand why God does what He does—for example, why He took you from us at such a young age. Something I’ve been praying for is to see the goodness of God in every situation, because the Lord is good all the time. He calls us to surrender and trust His plan, even when it’s really hard to understand. At the same time, it’s so incredible to see the fruit of God’s plan in our lives.

As believers, we aren’t promised easy lives, but ones full of challenges. The beauty of those challenges is that we get to sit with the Lord in the middle of them. His glory becomes so revealing in the hard moments, and I’ve seen His hand at work in my life through every trial I’ve faced.

Dad, I look at your life and remember how faithfully you served the Lord, even in the hard times. You depended on Him fully and showed me what it looks like to fight the good fight and trust God with everything.

Thank you, Dad. Love you always.
