What God has for you, is for YOU…. After months of staying locked in, today I graduated from the FIRE ACADEMY… going to fire academy…. losing sleep… doubt kicking in, questioning was it worth it… working late nights getting no sleep going from work to school to work… Officially a Firefighter/ EMT, FF/EMT Cannon. 👨🏾‍🚒🔥

If you know my story, you know I’ve literally been knocked down and got back up 10x harder at least 4 times lol… this time, I found my purpose, and it’s helping people… built something so strong that it can’t be broken, and that’s my faith. We did it 😢

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of cooking for @justinbieber on the set of his NEW SINGLE featuring @dontoliver shot by my brother @_colebennett_ that drops tonight at 9pm!…. beyond blessed for this opportunity and what came from it!

Crazy story… literally Cole hit me and said he needed me on a first class flight in 4 hours, and I got right on the plane and headed straight to LA, drove a few hours to the shoot location and cooked for Justin & his team brunch, lunch and dinner… from Hot Honey Chicken Tacos, to Filet Mignon & buttermilk mash. The team loved it! Got the connect to his team, and now we LOCKED IN

Wanna say shoutout to my brother Cole Bennett, out of a lot of connections, this one of the most important. I appreciate you for life brother! #ChefLawCannon #LawCannon by @lawcannon

Healthy doesn’t have to mean bland or boring. Every item on this menu is built to support your goals — high protein, low calorie, and low carb options without cutting out flavor.

Meals are balanced with lean proteins, clean carbs, and fresh vegetables, designed to keep you on track whether you’re focused on weight loss, building muscle, or simply eating better during the week.

This is real food, made fresh, with sauces and seasonings that prove healthy meals can taste just as good as they look.

DM to reserve your meals for this week. Availability is limited.
