Building Financially Fit Athletes at UNT 💰

We had the incredible opportunity to lead our Financial Fitness: Foundations of Financial Literacy workshop with over 70 University of North Texas student-athletes.

We focused on helping athletes build the same kind of discipline with money that they apply in their sport: understanding needs vs. wants, using decision-making frameworks, and applying those skills in a real-world simulation.

A huge thank you to Brandon Fisher, Tori Clark, Jessie Gardner, and the entire UNT staff for trusting us.

Emotions aren’t the enemy - they’re energy. 🔥

What if sadness, anger, or even fear wasn’t a ‘problem’?

Mindset matters. Growth starts when you embrace challenges, work through conflicts, and uplift those around you. 💫

As Chaplain (Major) James G. Burke IV of the 101st Airborne Division shared at the Elite Leadership Institute Kick-Off, a positive mindset opens the door to deeper understanding and stronger leadership.

Welcome to the Elite Leadership Institute!

Our inaugural conference with Austin Peay State University brought together selected college-athletes, powerful speakers, and unforgettable moments that set the foundation for greatness. This is more than just a program, it’s a movement to inspire leaders who are Elite Every Day.

Made possible by the NCAA Accelerating Academic Success Program (AASP) grant, the ELI program equips Austin Peay college-athletes with practical tools to excel as leaders within their teams, on campus, and in their future careers.

A special thanks to our partners, @celsiusofficial and @gaveenofficial, for their invaluable contributions to the Elite Leadership Institute experience.

This is just the beginning. Let’s lead, grow, and elevate together!
