⚡🏠 Life Updates 🏠⚡

At the start of the year, I made the step away from SYNKii to move into the property industry with my good friend, @tomcrossmusic.

Today, we’re launching the website and socials of our property investment company, Acre Estates & Investments. @acre_estates

We’ve got some great opportunities and partnerships to announce this week, but for now, please check out our website and head over to our socials and give us a follow - we’ll fill you in with the rest over the next couple of days.

Very happy to be awarded my blue belt at this year’s @ekbjj graduation.

Just over 4 years ago I gave up BJJ due to an ACL and meniscus surgery that took me forever to recover from and today I stand here as a new blue belt.

Thanks to @billjdrums for enticing me back to the art at the start of the year and massive thanks to Prof and the entire EKBJJ community for being part of this incredible journey.

Also, a special thanks to my partner @_intohope for putting up with the quirks that come with living with someone who is obsessed with rolling around in their pyjamas every day 💚 taken in EKBJJ by @lawrencejenner_

Over the past year, many of you will have seen me spending more time in the property space.

So it’s probably a good time to properly introduce what I do…

Through @acre_estates, I work as a property deal sourcer.

My role is to find and structure property opportunities for investors who are looking to grow their portfolios.

For investors, this means:

- Access to off-market opportunities
- Deals that have already pre-verified for your strategy
- Introductions to motivated vendors who are open to flexible structures
- Saving time by bringing forward opportunities that are already packaged and ready to review

On the vendor side, it can provide an alternative route to selling, such as:

- A quicker and more straightforward process
- A more direct route without multiple viewings or long chains
- Access to a network of active property investors

Most of the work happens behind the scenes — understanding the vendor’s situation, sourcing opportunities, and helping structure deals that work for both sides.

If you’re:

- An investor looking for opportunities, or
- A property owner wanting to explore options when selling

Feel free to reach out — always happy to have a conversation.

And for those who know me primarily as a professional musician… don’t worry, I’m still very much out here teaching and writing music too 😉 by @lawrencejenner_

Over the past year, @tom_propertyinvestor and I have been building something we’re really proud of — it’s called @acre_estates.

Here’s what we do:

✅ We help homeowners who need to sell their property quickly — whether it’s due to time pressure, financial changes, or life throwing a curveball.

✅ We help investors access high-return property deals — fully vetted, off-market opportunities with great potential.
If either of those situations sounds familiar to you (or someone in your network), I’d love to help.

📩 Feel free to drop me a message any time — no pressure, just honest advice. And if you can think of someone this might help, please send them my way!

Thanks for the support 🙏 taken in London, United Kingdom by @lawrencejenner_

Meet my boy Mustapha - he’s a healer.

I’ve been been ruining myself with BJJ over the past couple of years and my neck always takes the brunt of of the damage. It’s always surprising how much range of movement you lose over time.

If you’re based North/East London and have muscle or joint pain hit my man up @motioncare. He fixed me up good and he’s not bad company either ;)
