We were having some fun at the Cohen Manor with Kodak and he says to me what are the kids eating? I said a s'more. Then he said a whaaaat? I couldn't believe he never tried a s'more, so of course I had to make him one and get a rating. I think it was a 10.

When it comes to cases, advertisements, or even your car keys, Faraday bags are the way to go. They limit the transmission of signals from any phone, key, credit card chips, computers, or wireless tech. It's great to have one handy throw your wallet overseas or keys to your car. Yelling at a judge feels like advocacy, but it usually guts your record. A transcript doesn't capture volume. It captures what got said, and when you're shouting, what gets said is usually sloppy, incomplete, or disrespectful. Appellate courts review the words. They don't reward the passion behind them, and a hot exchange gives the trial judge an easy reason to cut you off before your objection or proffer is fully made. Worse, it shifts the focus from the judge's error to your conduct, and you risk contempt. The lawyers who win on appeal stay calm and deliberate: they state the objection, give the specific grounds, ask for a ruling, and proffer what the evidence would have shown. Measured and precise beats loud every time. The record is your weapon, so don't let your temper blunt it.

Www.justice.gov go on the site and get your paperwork prepared. Do you have to have a lawyer? No does it help to stay on top of your application? Make follow up callsand emails? Yes if you do not have the time to stay on top of your application then I would suggest hiring an attorney.

Gather your information and have it prepared and ready to disseminate. The best is putting it all together and scanning it all. NOV. 4TH is when public apps are available. by @lawronin

Go get your license reinstated Dec 2nd 2026. Its important because in some situations its an arrestable offense that is avoidable. Go do something to advance your life and get a good license its a small step but something you then do not have to worry about. This even will help you clean up your license.
