#throwback to one of the first game I officiated in Germany.
Being able to gain reps, do as many games as possible, improve and go up in my levels has been a great opportunity.
This weekend I head to Switzerland for their sixes finals! Officiating really can take you places :)

It’s been nice taking a break over the last few months from regular weekly coaching.
After 11 continuous years to take a step back for a season to reflect, analyse and decide what I want to do next is a blessing.
Some people don’t realise that coaching in the most social of sports is also an anti-social job working the majority of evenings and weekends.
It puts into perspective how much free time and many events you miss purely for being unavailable when everyone else is.
Can’t wait to share my next plans with all of you. Until then, you’ll see me in a stripes on a field near you 💪🏻

To find fun being back on the field for the first time in a while has been a big step for me these last few months.
Even better I get to do it with some of my @beerpressure_lax friends!
Always grateful to put kit on and play.
I can’t wait for the next one 🦏

The other night, I managed to catch up with the man that made lacrosse in Swansea possible!
Tom started the club in 2001 and ran it until it folded in 2016.
He was a big influence in my playing and coaching career in the spirit of:
1. Get the game on
2. Teach the basics
3. Everyone gets to play

Looking forward to many more catch ups in the future 🥍🍺

World Cup Blues.
We did the thing.
So proud of the work the girls put in.
Despite not coming out with that win, the way the girls played and the mentality I couldn’t be more proud. This was a team. A supportive team.
This was my first World Cup as a coach and I also couldn’t ask for a better support staff around us.
Here’s to the future 🥍

Bluesfest last weekend with the lads!
Lost again in the shield final but had a hell of a lot of fun being back on field!

#tieuptuesday with my first @stxmlax X-it string to the inside with materials provided by @northernsoullax
This was a fun one to string and after stringing one, I really like the idea/design of the head. #stringing #soulcrew #soulstrings #holdisgold by @laxcoach_webborn
