Fourth year on the trail with my best gals! This yearly adventure means so much to me. To be on the trail with these strong, stunning women, pushing our bodies at high elevation with heavy packs on our backs, is so hard yet so extremely rewarding. It never fails to kick my butt but I’m so glad we are keeping the tradition going. How lucky we are to experience such beauty. As always…The Trail Provides❤️ #backpacking #Colorado #4passloop #mydawgs #hiking by @layabarak

Work hard, play hard! Straight from the TAB event to taking my parents on their bucket list hike to The Narrows in Zion and some slot canyons😍 So grateful to be able to do these adventures with my awesome parents in their 70’s!!! They are badasses and I’m so proud. These are memories for life. Love you @dorbarak and @eddybarak ❤️❤️❤️ #bucketlist #zionnationalpark #thenarrows #slotcanyons #adventure by @layabarak

Season dump…what a whirlwind, weird and crazy 2026 season this has been. I feel like I accomplished so much in a brand new role as Executive Director of the Telluride AIDS Benefit, put on an incredible show, brought some of my insanely talented friends from NYC @julius_anthony @gabrielreyes_king and @pixieaventura to Direct, Choreograph and perform and had all of Telluride fall in love with them. The snow sucked and wasn’t our best for skiing but it was an intense and amazing one nonetheless! Now off to the next adventure…backcountry skiing in Norway with the bestie @gocourt ✌️🥰⛷️ #telluride #TAB #skiseason #community #lovethisplace taken in Telluride, Colorado by @layabarak
