Introducing “Sanctuary” we are a new way of living, rising in the Texas Hill Country; crafted with the timeless spirit of the architecture and healthy materials we used in Tulum, but built for longevity, health, and connection for our friends in Texas. 🫶🏽🌿🪴🌵🌳🌐 🌿 No drywall. No paper-faced materials that can harbor hidden mold. Instead, every home is built with durable materials designed to stand up to the Hill Country climate while creating a healthier indoor environment. 🌵 Native Texas stone, sourced and cut locally, is being installed now. The roof doubles as a rainwater capture system, collecting and treating water for showers, toilets, and irrigation—a level of sustainability rarely seen in residential communities in Texas. 🩵💙 🛠️ Inside, we’ve chosen copper plumbing over PEX and run electrical wiring through metal conduit to help reduce electromagnetic field exposure within the home. 📍Just 22 minutes from downtown Austin, Sanctuary is more than a neighborhood. It’s a place designed for people who want to truly know their neighbors, raise their families, and build a life rooted in community. 🤍 This is what we’re building. Inspired by our time in Tulum, Mexico 🌴 designing + building + selling beautiful healthy homes but this time ... Sanctuary we are building this for our friends, neighbors, coworkers, and family in the Hill Country of Texas.🤍🫶🏽🤠🌿🌵🌳 🌿 Sanctuary | Dripping Springs, Texas 🌿 📲DM us to learn more about the vision, the homes, and what it takes to become part of this amazing community. 📲 Text the words Sanctuary to + 1 512-771-0754 to learn more and to schedule your very own VIP tour in person or online. 🌿 Listed by: Matthew Layman @iammatthewlayman Layman Luxury Group @laymanluxurygroup Douglas Elliman Real Estate @ellimantexas Developer @sanctuaryhillcountry #DrippingSprings #TexasHillCountry #AustinRealEstate #MillionDollarListing by @laymanluxurygroup

WE'RE LIVE. 🚀 For the last 5-6 years, Matthew Layman had $100M+ in listings, a strong Instagram presence, and NO website. Today, that changes. After weeks of defining the brand, collecting the assets, developing the creative, and building with SWATS.ai: MatthewLayman.com is officially LIVE. It's not finished...and that's intentional. Progress > Perfection It was about getting something out there and iterating on it as we go. We have the foundation live with Matthew's positioning, properties, experience, wellness philosophy and the bigger idea behind the brand: Where you live shapes how you live. Now we build on top of it. Over the coming days and weeks, we'll be adding: ➡️ Individual property pages ➡️ Real estate developments ➡️ Investment Opportunities ➡️ Speaking, Wellness & Meditation ➡️ Other Interests (@padelsocietyatx, etc. ➡️ Matthew's founder story And we'll use @swats.ai to keep building and updating the site as the brand grows. Check out the site and let us know what you think. LINK IN COMMENTS. Next up: we start building the property pages. L.ets 💪 G.o 🚀 #Founder #Story #FounderStorytelling by @laymanluxurygroup

Building a website is one thing. Building one you don’t have to manage is another. (Part 7 in the Building a ReBrand series) Matthew Layman has had websites before. His experience? Expensive. Slow to update. Too technical. And too dependent on someone else every time he wanted to make a change. I can relate. I currently have four websites of my own, and the LAST thing I want to become is Matthew’s webmaster. So for the BUILD, I brought in a website expert, Jenaro “JEDI” Diaz and the team at SWATS.ai. His next-generation smart website creation tool. We had already done most of the heavy lifting: ➡️ Defined Matthew’s brand + positioning ➡️ Organized all of his assets ➡️ Established the visual direction ➡️ Created the website mockup Now we hand all of that to SWATS and they BUILD it. But here’s the part I really like. Once the site is up, I can step out of the picture. When Matthew wants to add a property, change copy, swap photos or build a page around something like Padel Society, he can simply send SWATS an email with the assets and direction. They handle the rest. That means Matthew doesn’t have to become a web designer, developer or AI expert. He can focus on what he does best: Selling homes. Building homes. Creating wellness+luxury investment opportunities. And turning his passions into collaborative pursuits. And in a few days, you get to see the first iteration of the website as this week we GO LIVE with the site. The CREATE process before the BUILD step on the REBRAND. (Part 6 in the series) Now that we had all of Matthew Layman’s assets together, it was time to start turning them into something. We already knew the positioning. LUXURY MEETS WELLNESS. Now the question was: What should that actually LOOK like? Matthew’s old identity as “Austin’s Rockin’ Realtor” had served him well. But it didn’t represent who he had become. He had gone from realtor to developer, with projects in Austin and Mexico, a pipeline of 20+ homes, and a much bigger vision for where he was headed. So I started pulling the pieces together: ➡️ Brand overview + positioning ➡️ Brand style guide ➡️ Existing brochures + marketing ➡️ Photography (shout out to @therarebrandco on the great pics ➡️ Inspiration from Tulum + Emerald Forest Then I started creating mockups. I used Claude as my project/design guide, ChatGPT as another creative set of eyes, and went back and forth with different photography, layouts and color palettes until we found a direction that felt like Matthew. That’s one of my favorite parts of the Storytelling for Entrepreneurs process. --You start with a bunch of separate pieces. --Then suddenly, you can SEE the brand. --We picked the direction. Next up: THE BUILD. L.ets 🙌 G.o 🚀 #PersonalBrand #BrandStrategy #LuxuryRealEstate #LuxuryWellness #BrandBuilding okay. by @laymanluxurygroup
