BRIGHTER ☀️🫂
It all started with one question. “Will you Stage Manage for us?” asked my friend Jordan. Little did I know what experience I was about to have and what I agreed to. Over the past couple of months, I have had the pleasure of working on this new and orginal adaptation of a jukebox musical utilizing the songs from the band Patent Pending. I still can’t find the words to express my appreciation, love, and gratitude for everyone in this production. The words that come to mind are: Thankful- thankful that I got the opportunity to stage manage my first show and among some of the best of the best. Proud- proud of everyone that helped bring this production to life and seeing everyone involved just put their absolute all into this show. Inspired- inspired to be working alongside such dedicated, talented, beautiful, creative, intelligent individuals. Moved- moved knowing that I was involved in a production discussing and bringing to light such an important topic in this world and spreading awareness of it. And lastly be certainly not least, love(d)- I felt absolutely overwhelmed with loved and support throughout this process, and I love everyone that made Brighter as special and as meaningful as it could’ve been, I wouldn’t of wanted it any other way. To my production team, thank you for everything. Thank you for every rehearsal talk. Thank you for your patience and flexibility. Thank you for your organization, time, energy, and trust in me. And thank you for always lifting me up and never making me feel like I was alone. You were such a gift to me. To my cast, from the bottom of my heart I love you all so much and I couldn’t be more grateful to have worked with you. You all are unmeasurably talented and made my job as an SM so easy. You all are amazing and I can’t thank you enough, you all hold such a safe and special place in my heart. To everyone that saw and/or donated, thank you for supporting the arts and for supporting suicide prevention awareness. You all matter and make the the world a better place! Never forget how special you are. Thank you BRIGHTER!

CHANTICLEERS 2026 🫶⭐️

Weathervane has truly become a second home to me. It is an honor to be awarded top volunteer of the 2025-2026 season. There is unlimited opportunities, education, and experience and I have been to experience all of that this past season. Almost 700 hundreds hour later, and I still love coming back to this theater that has done an exceptional job making it a place of comfort, good attitude, community, passion for something everyone loves! I want to thank the Weathervane staff, volunteers, and patrons for all of their hard work and for supporting the arts. I want to them all of my friends and family for always supporting and loving me unconditionally through all of my endeavors. Congratulations on another fantastic season. Thank you all! by @layne_wkk

This show was a beautiful piece and I am so honored to have been apart of it. This cast and production team is so incredibly special and I am so lucky to have worked with so many friends and met so many new individuals. I can’t thank you all enough and it has been a such fun time in the garden!

Into the Woods 2026 🌳🎶👑🐺
This show in the simplest of words was incredibly beautiful. Everyone involved in this show, whether it’s the amazing directors, to the cast, pit, crews, volunteers all served an incredible purpose and I couldn’t be more thankful. The opportunities and knowledge I have received from this show have enriched and safe to say have shaped me into the person I am today. I am so appreciative for this show and production. It was an honor to be a co-dance captain, the wolf, and ensemble. Thank you to all of the patrons and everyone came and saw the show. I am so proud of everyone and I love each and every single one of you. Keep being the stars that you are and always remember “Others may deceive you, YOU decide what’s good.”

WORLD THEATER DAY! 🎶👑
This has been a special part in my life for as long as I can remember and I couldn’t be more grateful to be apart of this wonderful community and industry. I am beyond thankful for every relationship, experience, support, encouragement, and learning path the theater has brought me too. I am excited to see what holds in the future but I am equally as grateful for the experiences from this industry that have shaped me into the individual I am today! JOSEPH 2025!
No words can express how grateful I am to have been apart of this wonderful tradition at Weathervane Playhouse. From the very beginning, I knew that there was a special connection between the cast, and by the end I have been gifted so many new relationships and friends, but also grew the relationships I already had. This cast is truly so unmeasurably talented, kind, patient, respectful, hard-working, caring, loving, and just amazing individuals all around, and I couldn’t be more grateful and honored to have worked with all of them! Thank you to my wonderful castmates for all of the laughs, the memories, the joyous moments both on and off stage, and bringing this story to life and continuing this tradition! I love you all!
No thank is big enough for the one this production team deserves and I appreciate this patience, kindness, and bringing this vision to life! Thank you Joseph 2025, you will forever have a special place in my heart!! ❤️
