tomorrow’s the end of my 8 year era at @coloradoyouthforachange 🥺😭💗 feeling at a loss for words tbh and we all know that’s not typically a problem I have 🌀 all I know is that my life has been infinitely changed for the better since having the opportunity to work alongside such values-aligned, thoughtful, hilarious, hard working people and I just hope that my work has also planted some seeds along the way, too 🥲

thank you @coloradoyouthforachange for allowing me the chance to build my confidence as a leader, facilitator and supervisor. forever grateful 🫂

in this next era of life, i’ll be stepping into the operations manager role at the @therainbowdome , a queer roller rink and events venue that will be opening this fall 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈❤️‍🔥🛼

also I recently got my LCSW (eeeek!) so am hoping to get some clinical groups started over the next year, too. if you do clinical work rn, i’d love to talk to you about what you feel like is missing and where the gaps are in our community ✨

@breckpride is next weekend (11th - 13th) !!! we all need a lil extra nature time these days, so come hang and let’s queer breck a bit (a lot) while we’re at it ;) 😈

feeling really grateful for the patience, grace, support and love I’ve received over the last few months 🥺 fr in a real ✨crash out✨ and re-build era. perpetual weeping, lots of spiraling, rage, grief and I know so many of my loved ones are right there with me 🫂❤️‍🩹 we got this y’all 🌀🌀🌀

really trying to slow my pace of life, be gentler with myself and to give ample space to the 7 million emotions flowing through my bod every damn day. turns out this is quite hard to do amidst continued genocides, imperialism, war, facism, attempted erasure of trans folks, disappearing and murdering our neighbors….

but we can’t look away. we can’t abandon our joy. we gotta keep dancing and giggling and moving this shit through our bodies. we have to find our lane(s) in movements and commit to it. and we have to stay full of rage!!!!!!!! we’re not angry enough!!!!!!

my sweet bb angel bestie is turning 40 years young today and this she is aging like fine wine fr. I’m deep, deep in friend love with you @ewilderrr 😭🥹❤️‍🔥

we only met 4 years ago and it’s felt like a lifetime, in the best way possible. within just a couple months of knowing each other we volunteered at an animal sanctuary, volunteered at a @rm.equality.youth event, and threw a sold out queer prom with all proceeds going to @fortalezafamiliarco ❤️‍🔥 she gave me a copy of Audre Lorde’s, “The Master’s Tools Will Never Dismantle The Master’s House” as a surprise gift on our first camping trip together and I obvi wept my lil eyes out. now we own a business together, have supported each other through way too much grief, and maybe most importantly, I’ve never laughed so much in my life than when we are together. it’s constant and giving lexapro a run for its money ✨
