Merrell brought trail running to life at Love Trails with a packed schedule of community runs, product trials, live music and interactive experiences. Festival-goers had the opportunity to test the Agility Peak 6 on the trails and take part in unique activations including the Sound Wave beach run and our Trail Karaoke event. From sunrise runs to sunset DJ sets, it was an incredible weekend of movement, connection and adventure with the trail running community. Thanks to everyone who joined us and helped make it such a memorable few days #ItStartsOutside by @layson__

Shanti Celeste, aka Shanti Say Less, aka Shanti is the Best 💎

Not only one of the most talented artists I know, but also one of the kindest.

They say don’t meet your heroes, but getting to know Shanti over the past few years showed me how funny, talented, and relentlessly hardworking she truly is.

She’s been producing some of the best house music for over a decade on labels like Hessle Audio. Then she releases Romance, an album led by her own vocals for the first time. Vulnerable, bold, and something not many artists can pull off.

Listen With Layson: Ep. 6 @spray.forever - VT Trad EP @kalaharioystercult

Spray is an Irish DJ based in Berlin who’s become a massive inspiration to my sound over the years and really opened my eyes to the prog house world.

Funnily enough, I discovered Spray in Berlin at Bikini Wax Records about three years ago form his release on Kalahari Oyster Cult, subsequently, kickstarting my love for his work.

Since then, he’s dropped game-changing records, most notably “Where R U” under his Spriitzz alias, later voted one of the tracks of 2025 by DJ Mag.

I’m eagerly waiting to see what’s next from the King of Prog himself 👑 by @layson__

Listen With Layson: Ep. 5 @haaihaaihaai - HUMANiSE

I met Teniel, aka HAAi, back in 2022 at ION Festival, and been lucky enough to build a great friendship since.

Not only is she one of the most talented musicians I know, but one I respect the most.

Her work championing equality and diversity in the music scene resonates with me massively. Her passion for change is truly inspiring.

Last year she released her second studio album, HUMANiSE. In a landscape where electronic music often prioritises spectacle over substance, she created something rare.

Listen With Layson: Ep. 4 @alex__kassian - Pasion Remixes ( @planetstrangelove )

Alex Kassian has become one of my favourite artists over the past few years. Choosing which record to feature was tough, but this EP on @jobjobse new Planet Strangelove label had to be it.

Seeing Alex live at @loveintfestival was special last year. His productions genuinely feel like they are healing the world one EP at a time.
