What is BAITBUILD? 🤔

It’s an app for bait makers, but what I’m building goes beyond recipes and keeping things organized.

As a bait maker myself, I know how much time, trial and error, and heart goes into something that might fit in the palm of your hand. I also know how much it means when someone shares a tip, encourages your work, or helps you figure something out.

That’s the spirit behind BAITBUILD. A place to share what we’re making, learn from each other, and help more people find their place in this craft.

My hope for the future of bait making is that we keep passing that knowledge along. That someone pouring their first bait feels welcome, and someone who’s been doing it for years still finds inspiration.

I’m building BAITBUILD with that future in mind, and I want this community to help shape it.

This is just the beginning. More to come.

Build Better Baits. Build Them Your Way.

This may not be the biggest Redfish but it’s the biggest one I’ve ever caught 😁

As someone who’s used to catching largemouth bass these fish are absolute animals!

Shoutout to my boy @hookdrrlures for dealing with all of my questions 😆

If you’re ever in Port Aransas make sure you check these tackle shops out! ⬇️ Awesome people and super helpful!

🎣 Lazy Baits Legend — Kevin Readinger!

Kevin Readinger put the Battle Mouse to work on the Susquehanna River and came away with this beautiful smallie! 🔥

Nothing beats a river smallmouth crushing a swimbait. Awesome catch, Kevin! 👊

A little backstory - I was lucky enough to take Kevin out on a fishing trip through @takeawarriorfishinginc about 2 years ago. Last year we went out again for a great day river fishing with one of his long time friends and fishing guides Lance. Hopefully we can get out again this year and keep the tradition going 😁. Thank you for your service Kevin and thank you for your support!

Want to be featured?
Submit your catch with the bait visible in the fish’s mouth for a chance to be featured and win exclusive gear.
